Publisher's Summary

I don’t love him. I don’t even like him. I just want him.

Eli Loveless was my nemesis from the first day of kindergarten until we graduated high school. Everything I did, he had to do better - and vice versa. The day he left town was the best day of my life.

Ten years later, the day he came back was the worst. Now he’s my coworker. Grown-up Eli Loveless is sexy as sin. He’s hotter than asphalt in the summer. The irritating kid I once knew is gone, and he’s been replaced by a man with green eyes, perfect abs, and a cocky smile. It’s bad that I want him. It’s worse that he wants me back. There are looks. There are smirks. There are smiles that make my panties burst into flame. And then, there’s a shared kiss that leads to the hottest night of my life. This is no office romance. This is a five-alarm fire.

What’s a girl to do when the man I can’t stand is the one I can’t stop lusting after? Enter into a friends-with-benefits agreement, of course. No dates. No relationship. Just blisteringly hot sex, because if there’s one person I could never fall for, it’s Eli...right?

I could not get enough of Eli and Violet!

Violet and Eli are a funny couple. They’ve been rivals throughout life and when they meet up again, sparks fly. They hate the fact they are attracted to each other and try to keep their benefits part a secret, not hard enough though. This book will make you laugh and swoon at the same time. I cannot wait to listen to the rest of these books!

Fun banter!!

Fun read! I enjoyed both Eli and Violet on their own but we also got the added enjoyment of Eli's family in their story. Eli has 4 brothers and one of them has a 6 year old little girl. Let me tell you that little girl almost stole the show. I also highly recommend the audiobook version. The narrators did such a great job with these characters. It's an easy and fun listen to a great book.

Was laughing out Loud in the Car!!

I read this book - but I love to re-visit favorites with a listen. This particular story has so much good dialogue it is the perfect vehicle for an audio book. Even though there are dual narrators each ends up playing both roles, and the suave, sexy Eli comes across perfectly.

Great characters, and this is the first in the series, we now have access to all the Loveless brothers.

Old habits die hard, and the competitive nature of Violet and Eli's past makes it hard for them to move forward without completing. Makes for fabulous reading or listening. You can't go wrong here!!

So good

This is the first of the stories about the Loveless brothers and I loved it! I loved the banter between Eli and Violet! I loved the steamy scenes! I loved how the Loveless family interact.
Eli and Violet as well as the secondary characters were brought to life by these narrators! I can’t wait for the next one in the series!

Eli & Violet's hate to love ya story is fiesty!

I love this book. It's so enjoyable listening to books I already love and this one was no exception.

The story: Eli & Violet have been 'enemies' since childhood. They get under each others skin a way no one else does. They reconnect when Violet is ditched by the pompous jerk she's on a date with at the restaurant Eli works at. She finds herself walking home after working off the bill she got stuck with (and her wallet isn't in her purse) and Eli ends up offering her a ride home. And so begins their journey to HEA. It is not smooth. Definitely hot. Definitely bumpy. And definitely humorous.

I love the chemistry between these two. We also meet Eli's brothers (there are a few of them) as well as their family and friends.

And as an audio book the narrators are enjoyable. Listening to this reminded me of some of my favorite parts and reinforced my love for this book. Definitely a book I would listen to again.

Enemies With Benefits

Enemies with Benefits is the first book in the Loveless Brother's series. This book is told from duel points of views which is my favorite writing style because I like to know what both characters are thinking.

I fell in love with Eli and Violet. They were enemies since Kindergarten. Always trying to do better than the other. Ten years later they are co-workers. They have their banter and playfulness in the job as well, but always make sure the job is done for their customers.

I love that both characters have room to grow and fall for each other. I love how Eli comes to the rescue for Violet with some things that are happening at their job place, and how they learn to work together and when their feelings are involved sparks fire.

Eli has 4 brothers and the other books in this series are their stories :).

Long time hate blossoms into love

Eli and Violet have been antagonist since school, always trying to outdo one another. When he returns home after many years travelling abroad, they find themselves working together.
When strange issues arise at their workplace they decide to join forces to find the culprit.
Top marks for the narrators who brought the story to life ❤

Loved it.

I loved the story, the banter, the inevitable falling in love…
The only problem I had was with the male narrator. His voice was so soft, the ends of his sentences were really quiet that I had to keep going back to repeat a lot of them.
Everything else was great.

Violet and Eli!

Violet and Eli have competed with each other over everything since they started school and it didn’t matter how big or small the issue was. Their competition only escalated as time went on until they graduated high school, and each went their separate ways.

Ten years later Eli is back and town and let’s just say their reunion was quite memorable, but it is when they find themselves as co-workers that the games really begin!

These two were so adorable together as the sparks of antagonism between them turn into sparks of a different nature. Eli knew exactly what buttons to push to get a rise out of Violet, but his protective nature rose to the forefront when someone else tried to do the same. I really enjoyed the way the narrators brought out all the chemistry and humor of the characters interactions.
