Great summary of all grammar rules

I didn’t like only one point: you refer to “going to” as “informal” rather than “near future”

This book is not helpful at all.

Basic and Boring. Grammar itself is quite a boring subject to tackle, authors that write books about this topic should ensure they grab the reader's attention. This is by far the most boring and basic book that I have read about grammar. I did not learn anything useful at all.

P.S It's annoying how the author forces the listeners to rate this book.

Thanks for this great book!

This is an amazing book. Truthfully I will still probably make some grammatical errors writing this review, but im grateful for this book. I have always struggled with grammar and spelling. With this book I'm making slow but steady progress and that's all I can ask for.

Excellent book

This book clearly explains the rules of grammar including the definitions of nouns, verbs, adjectives and all the other parts of language. It also describes the common grammar mistakes and how to avoid them.

non-standard, idiosyncratic

Just in the first 20 minutes this book made several grammar caims that are non-standard at best.

- it said that 'will' and 'am' are helping verbs
- it said that in the sentence "the dog is a chihuahua" the word "chihuahau" is the object
- it said that in the phrase "Jessica's cat" the word "Jessica's" is an adjective

In all cases it didn't even mention the more standard ways that these constructions are understood by people who study language.

I've already lost confidence in this book. I'm going to find something else.
