Dave Ramsey shares Biblical wisdom on the legacy we build with our wealth. What does the Bible really say about money? About wealth? How much does God expect you to give to others? How does wealth affect your friendships, marriage, and children? How much is "enough"? There’s a lot of bad information in our culture today about wealth - and the wealthy. Worse, there’s a growing backlash in America against our most successful neighbors, but why?

What did you like about this audiobook?
Dave's the man. He inspired and taught me to get debt free and find financial peace.
How has the book increased your interest in the subject matter?
Dave makes you want to be a better leader.
What did you find wrong about the narrator's performance?
This is an abridged book! I'm a big fan (BS3) and love FPU. Heck, we host it at our church every year and even hosted the EntreLeadership simulcast. Hey, I bought the audio AND hardback books. What a huge disappointment to read the book as I listen and notice entire sections, paragraphs and pages just skipped altogether. What's that about? I paid for the whole book, Dave, why couldn't you read it all?Bad form from a great man.

Excellent insights for building a great business
What did you love best about Entreleadership?
Dave provides excellent insight into how to build and grow a successful business based on solid biblical principles. He offers many helpful examples from his own experience to illustrate his points.
There were some excellent pieces of advice that I will likely remember for a lifetime that are very helpful for business and life.
I enjoyed hearing Dave read his own book (as opposed to another narrator) because he is passionate about what he knows and believes and it comes through in his voice.
I also enjoyed that Dave referenced the Bible multiple times. It is refreshing to be reminded that God is in everything we do, including business.

WOW what an awesome book!! Dave really brings it !
What did you love best about Entreleadership?
It is truly everything you need to know, but didn't know who to ask. I loved the section on compensation plans and how to hire someone. The interview process that he recomends is priceless.
What was one of the most memorable moments of Entreleadership?
He put the chairs for their morning staff meeting outside in the snow, because several of them were coming in late. He then had the morning meeting out in it. He told them if they didn't get their act together they would be out in the street.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
The entire book moved me.
Any additional comments?
Dave is the perfect example of what you can do when you have God on your side. When you handle everything with integrety and honor you will be a success.

THE most practical book on running a business.
OK...you can toss all those books about running a business written by egg head college professors or knuckleheads who are only good at writing books about running a business. You can also toss the books by successful business people that only stroke their ego and personal brand but fail to share the real deal about how to run a successful business on a daily basis. EntreLeadership is a book that will help your business TODAY regardless of what stage you are at. Practical, Specific, Direct, AND Entertaining. My company is growing like crazy and Dave Ramsey is the business mentor that I need right now. I am now listening to the book for the second time.

Passion! An Author who CARES about his material!
What did you love best about Entreleadership?
Dave Ramsey is a faith driven man, which could come off strong to an atheist like me, but it doesn't. Nearly all of his advice is practically important, and he delivers it all with passion WITHOUT needing to refer to Jesus constantly.
This is an all-encompassing book about determining your strengths, starting a business, assembling a team, managing the work, defining products/services, and more. As an amateur, I appreciated the breadth of the material. The passion and conviction which has come with years of preaching, no doubt, made the hours fly by, even during a second listen-through immediately after the first.
What other book might you compare Entreleadership to and why?
The Personal MBA has much of the same material but with more of the "nitty gritty" details. EntreLeadership focuses mostly on the actual business-side of project and people management, whereas The Personal MBA covers everything from business tax to personal health/diet.
Have you listened to any of Dave Ramsey’s other performances before? How does this one compare?
The one downside: If you have listened to Ramsey's "EntreLeadership" podcast, you have heard the most important pieces of this book. In the podcast, you'll hear a recording of Ramsey in front of an audience (where he shines even more) performing parts/excerpts of this material, then a host discusses the main topic with a guest.
I suggest listening to the audiobook, and if you enjoy the material, listen to the EntreLeadership Podcast from Episode 1. It would be a great way to refresh all the information.
Any additional comments?
Some theology is there but entirely digestible and even charming in places, if that doesn't happen to be your cup of tea.

Mostly good, common sense, business ideas. Couple items are out there, and while Dave has obviously had success, he is rarely humble, no one likes Dave more than Dave, so you sort of have to put up with that. That said, great book for any leader or aspiring entrepreneur.

Great book, but too religious for me
This book on the whole laid a great foundation for running a successful business. In some instances I found too much reliance on principles of faith and religion. I do not believe those ideals truly exist in business in the northern United States. At times the book seemed to be geared too much towards traditional sales driven organizations which is foreign to the tech centric world that I and others live in.

You work for me so worship me.
The demand for Dave Ramseys employee's to worship him because he gave them a job put me right off the book and Dave Ramsey. The arrogance of the author is obvious. I have never heard so many power hungry statements in one book. Mr Ramsey you are not God nor are you the pope so stop demanding hard working people neal and kiss your feet. Your "team" work for you that's it, you don't own there souls. I was a very avid follower of Dave Ramsey, however after reading this book especially the last four chapters I am sure you have a narcissistic personality and have a God complex. This book turned real dark real quick.

Amazing advice from Dave Ramsey
Really helpful. As a new entrepreneur I was only focusing on the Technology, business ideas etc but finance was always my last worry, never gave much thought about planning finances upfront effectively. I always thought I can easily get a business loan or can raise funding but after listening to this my thought process has changed massively on how to handle business finances. I highly recommend the book. There may be some areas like hiring people, setting objectives etc that I feel are not very relevant now specially post COVID world but the principles remain the same.
Thanks Dave for this pearl of wisdom.

Takes you from small business to big business
Ramsey explains clearly how he has developed his management style and developed his team over the decades from a small business to big business and the key principles to managing both people and money learned and honed along the way.
A book read by its author is usually better and this is no exception. his passion for what he does shines though. His reading style is very lively and makes you want to get up and do stuff so I recommend it as day time listening rather than just before bed listening.
There are practical parts that are more relevant to the US (I am in the UK) but the message and focus in each chapter is translatable to running a business and just how to manage a team in the UK whether you manage a team within a organisation or you are managing a small business or a big business. The people management skills talked about along side the financial management* is invaluable.
*the financial tips I felt are a an extension of his book 'The Total Money Makeover' (which I have been reading a hard copy of at the same time); applying a lot of the same principles just on a larger scale for a business and team, rather than a home and family.
I wish my organisation would read this book.

Great book. Thoroughly Recommended
It is no surprise that Dave Ramsay has been so successful, given the principles he outlines and expands on in this book.
Presented in an easy to listen to and understand style, the book is gold for any business person.
And, as with all DRs books. Very practical, realistic and able to be implemented.
I would say the best, most practical business book I have read.

Very annoying authur
What could have made this a 4 or 5-star listening experience for you?
Delete all the filler and get to the point.
Would you ever listen to anything by Dave Ramsey again?
Noway, I find him very annoying. Never narrate a book when you have an annoying voice and STOP SCREAMING.
Would you be willing to try another one of Dave Ramsey’s performances?
No.
If you could play editor, what scene or scenes would you have cut from Entreleadership?
Most of it. The whole book should be 1 hour max
Any additional comments?
Ttoo many references to the church and religion. its a business book - keep it neutral
