Sex. Brilliance. Discourse of depth & delight
A vibrant gift of conversations. Delightful. Sex education is a human right. Women and respectful sex are the beans and rice of daily pleasures. Thanks for this podcast.

never stop growing
wish I had this teaching 50 years ago. hearing this podcast explains a lot of how I felt growing up (my fears about sex) and how I had tried to pass those fears onto my daughter. thankfully, she is a whole lot smarter than I am about this subject. I'm going to make an honest effort to continue to learn and grow. thank you.

Expanding my knowledge at 65 years old.
I am a big fan of Elizabeth Banks and I’m so grateful for this podcast. My kids have been very helpful at helping me to improve my knowledge and become more conscientious in my communication about all topics. This podcast is smart witty and relevant. Her guests are thoughtful and gifted at communicating the ideas being discussed. I highly recommend this podcast

Refreshing and much Needed Conversation!
It's so refreshing to hear so many menstruating people being open about their bodies, with no guilt, shame or regret. I admire their devotion to the spreading the word and creating spaces in which the uterus and menstruating are not taboo. A space in which there is support, knowledge and experience.
Refreshing!

Mind blowing talk on shame
As a female brought up in church in the 90s, this podcast really opened my eyes. The complications from purity culture in the 90s and early 2000s are real. I’m nearly 40 now and still sorting it all out so that I can enjoy my sexuality and give my children a shame-free view of sex and their bodies. Thank you Elizabeth Banks and friends for sharing this important conversation.

So helpful
I wish I’d had this information years ago, both for myself and for my children. We don’t have to shame others or feel ashamed of our bodies, beliefs, or thoughts. We need to teach our children better and encourage mental and physical health.

Great podcast!
I love this podcast! Very supportive of women and their choices. It’s not surprising that most of the negative reviews are from men.

Resentment
Sounds like soggy cereal in my kitchen sink disposal gargling on just some EVIL soggy cereal looking like roses but tasting and smelling like old eggs that are underneath the whole pile of soggy cereal eating evil soggy cereal.

good
If more men listened to this & learned about periods & other aspects of women's lives, the world would be a happier place.
