Efficient and impactful.

A great exploration using personal experience to highlight key leadership skills and principles. It’s short enough to listen in a few drives but the lessons are insightful and truly emphasize that leadership is an intimate, vulnerable, and unique exchange between leader and follower.

This audiobook has truly brought me back to my roots as a leader and has helped me identify my missteps in recent years.

Every horse will drink, if you lead it properly.
