It’s okay

The narrator at times too jumpy , bit strange.
I enjoyed this however I don’t think it had much to do with the description of helping you become more positive. Also I didn’t appreciate it telling me at the end that I have to write down three things that... if I don’t want to ? Then what does that mean the hypnosis didn’t work ? I didn’t buy a write three things meditation I brought a meditation to become more positive. I have enjoyed very much and hold highly of meditations by the mindfulness meditation hypnosis author narrated by the other person I think his name is Jay

Thanks to everything I've learned here.

Easily one of the best positive-toned self-help books I've ever listened! Not only did I feel like I was listening multiple books as there is plenty of spiritual inspiration and some actual tips that helped me appreciate life considerably but it also trained my mind to teach myself how to use positive thinking to overcome difficulties. I feel so independent now thanks to everything I've learned here.

Very helpful.

The biggest thing that sets this book apart from others on self-talk is the author’s willingness to embrace that affirmations don’t work if they’re not true and that always trying to turn negative thoughts into positive ones can be more harmful than helpful.
