Great Affirmations.

Written more like a textbook than your average self-help book, but that’s what I liked about it — massive (5 hrs and 58 mins) but essential stuff for professional therapists or self-help nerds like me.

Impressive affirmations

I started listening to this yesterday. It should be daily stuff — a section for each day up to many days. The affirmations I've heard so far are impressive.
I'm confident the rest will be just as pleasant and healing.

Not for me.

Was hopeful after reading other reviews however was very disappointed when listening to it myself.

2 points on performance because chapters on deep relaxation did relax me, but after daily use I felt no results other than being relaxed.

the subliminal chapters, instead of relaxing sea sounds came across as grating white niose mixed with plastic sheets being dragged across the microphone. far from relaxing. ( chapter 10 -delta waves - was the exception)

Maybe it is my ears or perception but this was a definite failure for me.

ummmm

if I wanted to just hav eff music for a few hours I would of downloads from spotify.... waste of credit can not return on line need to contact every time I try just tell me same thing on how too....
