I waited a year to listen to this book because I had “other stuff” to read and learn since I’m a realtor and I’m so busy daily. I have 3 kids and a wife that works. I kept putting it off and finally, after 1 YEAR, I’ve read it. I’ve absorbed it. I’ve been INSPIRED by it. I’ve LEARNED.
And I’m immediately starting it again.

Incredible, whether you use Clickfunnels or not
I am a now super fan for life!! I already read the Expert Secrets book, and I had to get the audio version as well!
Most books in the business/marketing space are very clearly a 200-300 business card and sales pitch for a higher-priced product or program. This book was definitely NOT that!
HIGHLY recommended for anyone looking to build an expert business!!

Most Impactful book read since Rich Dad Poor Dad
To say this book changed my life is an understatement. This book completely transformed the way I look at being an expert. This is the best sales book and the best marketing book I've ever read. And I've read all the classics.
Russell Brunson shares the way he sells, which is by bashing limiting beliefs preventing the customer from buying. For the first hour of this book, Russell identifies and completely destroys every possible irrational limiting belief you could ever have to becoming an expert in your industry. By the time that is over, you have nothing holding you back and you feel compelled to get your message out.
After that he goes deep into how he sells, how he presents, and how he markets his expert business with great techniques that feel extremely authentic because he's all about perfecting how you tell your own stories.
I've finished 34 business, marketing, and self-development books over the past 10 months and this is top. The others are Rich Dad Poor Dad, Never Split the Difference, and Crucial Conversations.
This was my first deep exposure to Russell Brunson and his idealogies, and I was blown away.
DEFINITELY get this book!

Sales Pitch For Other Services/Products
This book is about branding yourself and creating an online business. There is a small section about identifying your expertise by filling in this statement 'I want to teach people who ___ on how ___.' An example would be 'I want to teach people who are trying to lose weight on how to follow the keto plan without giving up carbs entirely.' Most of the book is about how to market yourself and create presentations/courses/etc. that hook people in. There is also frequent sales pitches for the author's other services/products.

This is one of the first books I recommend..
Expert Secrets by Russell Brunson is usually one of the very first go-to resources I recommend to anyone thinking about putting themselves and/or their business online. However, this isn't no just a book about building websites and email lists. This is a step-by-step blueprint on how to start a mass movement and build a brand based around your particular message and passion. Russel is the undisputed king of online marketing and strategy right now. Read (or in this case, listen) to this before launching a website or do posting another thing on social media. You'll be richer for it.

Learn immoral sales tactics
I have no doubt the methods in the book works, but I'm disgusted at the way Russell encourages sales at all cost.
Most disgustingly he wants his clients to take loans to attend a program.
This lawful evil book encourages sales and asks if you could rather than if you should do it.
If you read this book, try to take the lessons and implement in a way that benefits people in stead of draining them for as much money as possible.

Russell is so incredibly REAL & TRANSPARENT - about everything - but especially about creating his business from the ground up and he has documented the process and all the steps he has taken to get there so well that you can almost literally 'follow in his footsteps' and reach your goals IF YOU ARE WILLING TO DO THE WORK!

Waste of my precious time!
Although there are some valuable things mentioned in the book, readers can't deny that the book feels like another promotion vehicle for clickfunnels (and if you look online what clickfunnels is and you watch some of the youtube comments on it, you'll realise it's yet another sales spammer tool). I categorize this book in the charlatan genre "how to become a millionaire in one year". It's filled with highly manipulative nonsense, which is repeated over and over endlessly. Last but not least... it's all about the "execution" of sales... while adding value and having a good product is SO much more important.
Complete waste of my time... but I read it through as there are a few valuable things in there as well... but you'll have to swallow more bullshit then you might be willing to.

This book is full of great ideas to build a community. Very practical. He completely unfolds and reveals the secrets makes it soo easy to follow! love every word in this book.. worth re-reading at least 5-6 times to understand all the nuances!

ONE OF MY FAVOURITE BOOKS!!!
I never used to like Russel, I thought his selling style was naive and that he was in the business of selling to desperate impressionable people. But once I said screw it (through his careful retargeting of my viewing habits on youtube) I picked up dot com secrets, since then I’ve been hooked. This book idles not disappoint!

A no brainer book MUST READ!!
Russell Brunson is a master teacher and this book is a no brainer for anyone who wants to take their marketing to the next level. Listen to it 2,3,4 or more times. Practice what he says and watch your business explode.

‘Secrets’..... not really. Content was o.k.
If you’re thinking of purchasing, don’t, use your free audible credit and purchase something worth money.

DISGUSTED! Pro-HITLER conman.

Bigots have nothing to teach me that I want to learn.
What a conman. No secret.—did not expect any) Basic sales techniques you can read about anywhere. He suggests the very pushy sales form which over valuing the content x 10 times in price before offering it an -10 times the price that I always view as the mark of a scammer and back off from, and purchase from people who don't come across as scammers.
Oh, then there in the urgency and scare-city, if you don't buy now you can't get it—the other mark of a scammer. Again, I buy from the people who don't use scam techniques.
Sexist overtones. Example of a man who wants to earn enough so his wife can leave work, because it's manly. No mention of if the wife want's to leave work—it's all about him, not her feelings—Yuck!
The performance was fine. I gave the narrator one-star for accepting work form this conman, or being able to speak positively of Hitler without gagging in repulsion.
