Great listen!

Only been at this awhile but has already improved my sleep quality, and I'm feeling more positive throughout the day. I'm also finding myself less hungry and wanting to eat better foods when I do eat. It reminds you of your reasons for losing weight and improves your attitude towards weight loss.

Highly recommended!

Glad I made the purchase

I really love this Hypnosis and Guided Meditation for Weight Loss and Body Confidence it has helped me to relax and to just end the day on a high note instead of just defeating myself. As far as the weight loss goes I have just started using this and have been more motivated to exercise, eat right and stress less so I guess it is working. Totally worth the purchase if anyone else is interested in it.

Very helpful overall

I am an agnostic and was looking for Hypnosis and Guided Meditation for Weight Loss and Body Confidence. This happened to be my first audio-book about How to Find Self-Confidence. Content well delivered by the Author. Would recommend it.

Very effective!

I found this to be very effective at getting me to crave healthier foods and actually want to work out my abs, which used to be my least favorite exercise. Now, I have healthier eating and exercise habits with ease, which is a big change for me.

Worth the listen!

This is a audiobook to meditate on losing weight. If you know about the law of attraction this can be a real powerful technique. Having listened to a number of meditation things similar to this, I feel in comparison, this is a very well done recording. I plan to continue to listen to this as I start another weight loss journey. I think if you believe in the law of attraction and you would like to get help on weight loss then this a book worth pursuing.

Helps a lot with portion control and with making healthier choices each day. Not every day has to be perfect but if at least 80 percent of your food choices are healthy then you'll be making a lot of progress. Helps a ton with those decision making moments.

Information in this book is wow.

Nice for inspiration and perception. It resembles a psychological vision leading group of how you realize you should act and think and afterward, getting you there. I tune in to this as I nod off on restless evenings. Not certain it assists with the weight reduction but rather it takes care of me!!
