Misleading Title

While the narrator has a pleasant speaking manner, did it not seem odd to announce in Chapter 3 of a book called "Extended Fasting" that "in order to lose weight, one must eat multiple meals throughout the day & never get hungry "???? This seemed like someone pulled together a smattering of magazine articles & Google searches with little concern for continuity or nailing an overall message.

I expected more

I didn't enjoy this book. The narrator just rushes through all the details and it's not good as an audio book. It would be better to read a hard copy yourself. The scientific facts are very basic and not very interesting and not explained well. I wouldn't recommend this book.
