I found the mini habits concept really helpful, and the application to weight loss practical. I had never considered that the body resists big change, and that small changes allow you to trick the body into reaching your goals. It makes perfect sense and explains why most of us regain the weight we lose.

White Loss made Simpler

I've been trying to lose weight for a long time using a variety of methods. I haven't found anything that works well for me. The idea of hypnosis for weight loss really intrigues me. Who knows if it would help me, but this book is full of good info, and it sounds like the author knows their stuff.
