Better Choices.

I know you are supposed to listen to this while sleeping, but as a mum of two young ones, I am often woken up to care for one of them before the program has ended. I don't think I have managed to complete the whole track once in the week I have been trying to use this program. A more concise version would be great!

Very good listen!

Very nice for motivation and visualization. It's like a mental vision board of how you know you are supposed to behave and think and then, getting you there. I listen to this as I fall asleep on sleepless nights. Not sure it helps with the weight loss but it puts me to sleep!!
