Listen to The Fat Lady!

I have been unhappily fat for a long time. I have read dozens of diet and fitness books. I've done Primal, Paleo, Keto, Atkins, Weight Watchers, Jenny Craig, and Overeater's Anonymous. I have given up, tried again, cursed myself, gone to counseling, and yo-yoed up and down for decades. I recently discovered this bestseller by Michelle Guise on Audible, which introduced me to her world. Everything she wrote makes perfect sense to me. I bought her Rapid Weight Loss book and now this one. It has changed my life and it has not been difficult. They say when the student is ready the teacher appears. I guess I was ready for Michelle Guise, because I can't believe how much better I am, physically and mentally. In one month I dropped a pants size, my skin got tighter, my aches and pains went away, I started sleeping better and my mental health has been so much better. I have lost weight, gained happiness, and finally found the answer.

Helped reframe my mindset. The best approach.


This audiobook broke down the complicated expectations that we create for ourselves and simplifies it in a way that can be sustainable and really effective for every type of personality and physique. It was very eye opening and thought provoking, and requires a level of honesty for yourself. The way that the author helps his reader shift their mindset and reframe their focus is an effective approach to establishing lasting change that can be applied to every aspect of life.
If you are ready to make behavior changes, and if losing weight is your goal TRUE and VITAL, this is the book for you.

Good, down to earth information

This is my first review. I downloaded this audiobook because of the high ratings and the shortened time (to fit a specific time slot in my day for multiple listenings). I am very pleased with the amount of common sense, no brainer information that is delivered in a short time. I appreciate the information delivered in layman's terminology (everyday language), straightforward manner. Extreme Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis for Women is simplicity at it's best. Simple changes bring around long lasting habits, but especially to concrete results. I highly recommend this book.

The LAST diet book you'll ever need

I have always believed the food pyramid. Forget about it. Read this book and understand. At certain times it gets very suggestive and detailed and I really appreciated it, even for a nurse. But, it is well worth those few parts. After my numbers on the scale and bloodwork kept creeping up, my doctor recommended this book and In addition to working on my body, work on my mind. 24 pounds later, my numbers are good and MOST importantly I FEEL so much better! Listen to it and pass it along.

Gets to the Heart of Sustainable Weight Loss

This is a wonderful book covering the substantive and sustainable way to lose weight and eat healthy -- changing our attitudes and thinking about food and the lifestyle choices we make.
This book makes clear that the key problem for many is unsettled psychological conflicts that cause us to eat as a reflex or on automatic mode.
Here we cover nutrition across the board; then there's some powerful self-hypnosis and meditation that alone give are worth their weight in gold.
This book can help listeners develop a more positive view of their bodies and their lives. It can help you defeat cravings and develop healthy lifestyles. It can help you accept and love yourself, freeing you to consciously develop good living and eating habits.
It suggests easy-to-use ways to reduce stress and other underlying triggers that cause us to eat as a matter of rote. It helps listeners reprogram their thinking and create intrinsic motivations to develop more positive attitudes about themselves so that they can enjoy food and make choices about what, when, and how much to eat, but above all, IT TELLS YOU HOW TO REMOVE TOO MANY POUNDS!
It drills down to the key problem -- our thinking -- and exposes why diets that simply present food choices are superficial and unsustainable. This book is very well-written and loaded with well-reasoned advice, which resonates.
"You must change your thinking if you want to lose weight," and Michelle provides ample ways to help listeners do that.

Given to a dear friend

I asked for your feedback a few days after listening to the audiobook, and they were great!
I decided to buy it and have him listen to it because he is in an unpleasant situation with his own body, and you don't know how to love it for what it is.
He has already tried many diets, but probably his problem is in his mentality.
This audiobook seemed very inherent, and I decided to give it to her and she was super satisfied; she had already applied all the concepts and strategies :)

Very interesting and functional topics

This was exactly what I was looking for at a very complicated time for me!
After the first intense and active listening, I immediately started to apply the principles, techniques, and tips of the whole audiobook, and it really worked. It is no longer difficult for me to eat healthily, and I can safely stay within my daily calorie limit without any problems.
I have decided to continue listening to it in my spare time to better assimilate all the information contained so I can apply it with even less effort!

Highly recommended for weight loss

Not only hypnosis to reprogram the mind, but a real practical guide that follows you step by step, even if you start from the complete unknown of this innovative method.
I just started, and I feel huge benefits from the point of view of the mentality to cope with weight loss.
Now, I just have to repeat the information to have effects on my body (as well explained in the audiobook).

Self-hypnosis, mindful eating ...assured results!

The practical strategies and guided plan motivated me to pick up this audiobook and give myself a gift.
I had been looking for a guide for a long time, a path that would lead me day by day to try this new weight loss practice that was unknown to me until a few months ago.
I found myself very well, everything is explained simply, and the narrative voice guides you step by step to get you where you want to go.
Beautiful chapters of self-hypnosis, self-sabotage, and guided meditation, all studied in great detail to reprogram the mind to lose weight.

Yeeees! ❤❤❤

Ok so I was beyond rebellious when it came to restricting my diet or my portion sizes. I am a foodie...I am so serious! I wasted money getting B12 shots and still didn’t do right. I also tried weight watchers and keto and probably pretty much anything you could think of. I downloaded this audiobook on a humble, I listened to it once and I lie to you not...it has changed my life. I literally eat about half of what I used to eat! I am doing this with the Lose It! app in which you can eat whatever you want but you have to log in your calories. I decided to lose one and a half pound a week. It has been two weeks and I have lost 3.4 pounds!! It has been a super experience. You have to at least try this audiobook.
