Excellent Insights

Good collection of sessions for losing weight

It's a winner in my audiobook! This audiobook is pretty useful. It's good for actually liking the process of eating healthy. It's been helpful for weight loss motivation.

Good pronunciation

One of the things I liked the most about this audiobook was the ability of the narrator to pronounce correctly each of the words in this content, her vocalization ability is really good, that and good tone of voice are the perfect complement for this audiobook to be so good.

Such a great audiobook.

This is a great audiobook that works. I used the script for stress in the beginning, and, to my surprise I felt much more grounded and calm. One week was enough for one issue but you have to listen the script every day once a day - consistency is key. When the effect wears off, you can do another week. Very helpful! Such a great tool at your fingertips.
