I liked it. Self-discipline is the keyword, once learned there is no turning back. I highly recommend it to those who are often stalled in the dietary path.
This audiobook has offered me some unpublished ideas, others instead that I already knew or intuited but were not yet so clear and decisive in making the decision to dominate one's throat from the vice or the hassle of eating, thanks to a form of self-discipline that necessitates continuity over time until it becomes a real habit. Very interesting!

Finally, a self-help weight loss book that really makes sense...and makes it doable! One of the best mindful eating books I've listen.

I wasn't really sure what to expect from this type of audiobook because I've been avoiding being told that Rapid Weight Loss Hypnosis probably hurting me.

Powerful effect on the body!!

The audiobook talks a little about hypnosis in the beginning and its benefits and how to find a good practitioner. However, the real value in the book comes from the discussion on weight-loss psychology and other factors influencing weight loss. The mind has such a powerful effect on the body, and I wish everyone would listen to this book to better understand this vital principle!

A great mindset for a weight loss journey.

I never really thought that hypnosis, meditation, and weight loss could be related. This audiobook presented in a very interesting way how you can lose weight through these techniques with gradual training like when you learn to ride a bicycle for the first time. It is fantastic!

Very appealing

This audiobook is among the top ten self-help books I have ever read or listened to, especially for helping people lose weight through hypnosis and meditation to control anxiety and food cravings, losing weight without stress. It is definitely very helpful and worth putting into practice.

Stop poor eating habits!

The power of the mind is very great. It is always said that words have power but also our thoughts can influence our attitudes. I liked the audiobook and its approach of using hypnosis to lose weight without going on a strict diet. It all depends on your mind and how you act on your body. Amazing!

Good hypnosis for weight loss.

The book I've been searching for!!

I am not a doctor, nutritionist, or science major. I'm just a middle-aged female who has struggled with weight for the past 15 years. I have literally read or listened to every single book published out there on those subjects. Some are good, some are bad. But this is a gem! The narrator was fabulous, and all around I'm declaring that I don't need to listen to another weight loss book ever again.
