Very detailed

I think it is a very detailed guide that allows us to overcome our limits through the use of the right methods to achieve goals by changing bad habits for good ones to get an excellent body and a great lifestyle. Definitely recommend this audiobook, it is the best I have ever listened to.

A good summary of the field with some flaws

This is a good reference to the many types of psychic phenomena, and it is well organized as well. but I would have loved to have come across this when I was 14, and so this book certainly has value. It also emphasizes the dangers involved in many of these activities, which is a critical.

Since we started listening to this amazing audiobook we stay motivated, as it helps people to move forward, instead of staying worried or anxious about being overweight or other things. A quite informative book

I learned a lot about hypnosis, the different techniques that exist, meditation and the importance of positive thoughts and affirmations while going through a frustrating process such as losing weight. Highly recommended!!

Losing weight through hypnosis?

After listening to this book I consider that it is very possible to lose weight through hypnosis and meditation, as meditation is known to have great benefits for both mental health and the health of our body once we learn to master our body, i.e. our bad habits, and how to have self-control not to overeat, etc. So weight loss is not going to be the exception.

This is a great way to explain calorie density. It is important to understand that concept to loose weight without feeling deprived. This book is also different than other weight loss books because it deals with food addiction, which is becoming more and more common these days.

Good start

This is one of the better books I've listen in the category. I see it as having two purposes. If you have experienced what you think could be psychic Abilities , this book will help you identify what they were, and give you a start on developing any abilities you might have.

This is an amazing little audiobook!

I love it! It's got everything I was looking for in terms of getting into the right mentality to lose weight and training myself to enjoy this process. The effects have been positive and motivating, so I'm pleased. The Hypnosis has made some pretty effective techniques regarding weight loss. This audiobook’s effective in getting you into a mentality where you feel you can handle your dietary changes happily. I’m happy.

Good purchase

Diets have never worked for me. I have really tried them all, with incredible efforts. But none of them have helped me and I think it was my mentality and lack of willpower. The mind has a great influence during the process of weight loss, that's why hypnosis instead, unlike all the others, gave me incredible results without an excessive effort, I loved it.

Fantastic

This audiobook opened my mind by introducing me to a really functional approach to weight loss. We all always think that losing weight is difficult and that it takes an excessive effort to achieve it, when in fact hypnosis allows you to have good results in an easy and effective way. Life changer

I had very negative habits that led me to eat only junk food and to never consider healthy food. By listening to this audiobook I was able to establish a healthy routine and a good relationship with food. The affirmations have helped me to feel good and with that to stop bad habits and to be able to be firm and not give up on my goal.

The best audiobook i've ever had

Binge eating, stress, emotions and overeating are problems for many people. A big key to weight loss is to have healthy foods ready to go when you are hungry. Weight loss takes time and some healing from past eating habits. This audiobook helped me a lot, thank you so much!!!

Impressive

I have been trying to lose weight for a long time using a variety of methods? I haven't really found anything that works well for me. The idea of hypnosis for weight loss really intrigues me. Extremely good

I think this audiobook really talks about a subject that everyone underestimates but has a great impact on our mind: hypnosis. Nobody believes the potential that hypnosis has, when in fact it is exactly what people who can't lose weight need. Hypnosis does help to lose weight, I invite all women to buy it, listen to it and try it. This is too good not to recommend it.
