It worked

A co-worker of mine recommended this audiobook. She has listened to several hypnosis audiobooks, but this is the only one that really worked for her. And for me too! I was unsure if it would work for me because I had never heard of this concept. And I have been struggling with weight loss for such a long time. Just can't live without drinking Coke. I always need something sweet. But let me tell you: After listing to a few chapters, this urge to drink Coke just disappeared. As if someone just flipped the switch. I have been without Coke for a few days now, and I am feeling great, like I haven't been feeling for a long time. Can recommend this audiobook to anyone wanting to lose without going to the gym, just by listing. 1 Chapter can change your life.

don't waste your credit

I bought this hoping that it would help me set goals and keep me focused. Don't bother if that's what you're looking for. This contains a lot of bizarre imagery-- see yourself in a movie theater.
She opens the book by spending 15 min going through an evening routine set as a meditation. All I kept thinking was 'holy cow can we just drink the dumb tea already'.
She relies heavily on positive affirmations which have very little science that shows their effectiveness.
This book is supposed to be a helpful relaxing guide but I got more and more annoyed as time went on. I couldn't get past the first hour of this book and I do mediate and practice mindfulness....
I wish I could easily return this book and get something else, but, nope can't do that with the new changes to audible. Guess I wasted a credit.

The author claims that controlling your thought process will lead to weight loss. Don't overthink, free your mind, and become self-confident. There is a lot of useful information in this audiobook.
