Negative review

It reads like the author used a thesaurus to try to find big words to sound intelligent.

The narrator sounds like this is the first time she has read the book. Cadence and inflection doesn’t flow.

This wonderful book has changed the way

What I absolutely love about this book is it has changed the way I look at & think about food. I no longer will try to eat as little as possible. In fact, I now eat freely knowing I can eat as much as I want, as long as I eat the less calorie dense foods.

Stellar book and an absolute MUST

This author was nice enough to have this copy on books for a week and I am blessed to have come across it. I am in the midst of getting my personal training certificate and wanted to learn as much as I could about not only dieting and exercise, but also the mental health aspects of weight loss. Excellent

I'm a bit hesitant about the idea of hypnosis, but this book was really good. Well written and researched, and there was a lot of info in there about practical every day things we can do to help ourselves lose weight. I'm sure I'll return to this book in the future as a reference.

Very interesting!

The mind and body connection that is so essential is as simple as described in this book, I always thought it was for hippies or some such. But it actually made sense to me.
