Audible! what are you thinking!!!!
I don't understand all the good revues! I can only assume they are talking about another book. The first three or four chapters is an advert for hypnotism and just talks about how good hypnotism is which is boring but seems to make some sense. As the book goes on the narration gets progressively worse and worse. Most of it sounds as though it is badly translated from Japanese or Chinese. A lot of it makes no sense and the intonation is all wrong, it's like listening to a Sat-nav. Some of the more entertaining quotes: " A healthy body helps us get a healthy body" "If we are unfit or dead it is difficult to get healthy". . . along with other sentences that make no sense whatsoever.
I listened to about half way through, the bits I could understand seem to repeat themselves in chapter after chapter, get hypnosis, eat slower, drink water, eat less sugar, eat less junk food. Some times the message is muddled up and tells you to eat more fat with your sugar??????
