Not at all what I expected

Could not finish this! It was not at all what I expected and even with a history in science much of what she said did not make sense and was quite jumbled. I feel it could have done with a lot more editing. After listening to the first few chapters I jumped around a bit, trying to find "how to", but I never found anything concrete- not even actual affirmations. Very disappointed.
