My name is Jessie Slee, and I'm 37 years old; today, I'm in great shape. Still, at the age of 25, I was desperate, I had 38 kilos more than my ideal weight. On top of that, I had on my shoulders the prejudice of people, especially the looks of many "women", those evil group smiles that made me feel even more awkward and not accepted until I discovered the weight loss with self-hypnosis.

This practice involves entering a state of consciousness called "modified". You are more relaxed and enter a phase of intense relaxation. This book is fabulous!!!

I fell in love with this book at first sight, just reading the introduction, it's crazy, it really helps the mind to look at things from another perspective, it helps us to understand why to lose weight and how to stay constant in time, little golden tips, I recommend it.

Fantastic book!

I recommend this book to all those who like me do not accept themselves for who they are, to all those who are motivated to change certain things about their body (and not only) it really helps a lot to reprogram our mind and this is done through SELF-HYPNOSIS fantastic technique.

Beautiful book

I understand very well what it means to look in the mirror and not accept yourself, it happened to me too, I decided to buy this book because reading the description I identified myself in the same words of the author, so I decided to take in hand my life starting from 'SELF-HYPNOSIS and find out what is this technique, both physically but especially mentally to change my mind about what for me is called a real enemy the FOOD.

Extraordinary book.

Thanks to this pleasant reading I realized that all the methods previously adopted to lose weight in a fast way were wrong, thanks to self-hypnosis I am learning to manage my uncontrolled attacks of food, I am learning to better manage healthy food from unhealthy food, and I feel more confident in myself, I recommend it.

Very interesting book!

Thanks to reading this book I have been reborn, now I can look myself in the face without ifs and buts, I feel empowered every day to face the day, it is important to feel good about yourself, reading this book I discovered new techniques to get rid of uncontrolled feelings of hunger and improve in the choice of healthy food.

Very complete

One of the things that I most enjoyed learning in this audiobook was the great amount of secrets that are behind hypnotism, the truth is that I didn't expect it to be so successful and efficient when it comes to helping a person lose weight.
