Well-Organized

This book is a wonderful and important guide to living life to the fullest. No matter what your needs are or what you have to let go of in this lifetime, this book guides you step by step to becoming present and mindful in everyday life. It teaches you to be grounded, energized, forgiving, compassionate, loving and caring, and most of all keeps you in the present moment in daily life. Definitely Recommended

Love this audiobook because the short segments are calming and focusing in bursts of only a few minutes. Then you can get back to dealing with whatever is coming at you fast - better able to cope. I was provided a free copy of this audio book at my request and have voluntarily left this review.
