AWESOME!!!!!!!!

Truck driving is way more fun with a good audio book, and this collection of radio drama style stories were just great. Every story kept my interest! I found myself miles down the road from where I started, and it felt like the time just flew by! Great narrator in Mr. Malcolm, and great acting and voice talent throughout the compilation! I whole heartily recommend this, and Fangoria's Volume I Dreadtime Stories as well. Enjoy your work, enjoy your life, give them a listen!

Exceptional performances

Fangoria is well known in horror, so I couldn’t help but give this a try. Dreadtime Stories is a dramatized series of multiple short stories developed as a radio program format that was originally a podcast. It was very well performed and a genius idea as a podcast. I throughly enjoyed Malcom McDowell’s introductions. This installment was very entertaining due to the dramatization and sound effects. The stories themselves, while original, are fairly average, good but not great. I never listened to the podcast, but wish I would’ve. It seems like a brilliant idea that should’ve been popular, so I don’t know why they are no longer active. I’ve never gotten on the podcast bandwagon, probably missing out on a lot.

Not scary

Very disappointed with this book. Thought I was going to read scary short stories. Instead, it was just 1 gory story after the next. I guess they don't have the talent to write a scary story.

DON'T BE SHEEPEPLE

AND RIPS HIM STRAIGHT DOWN THE MIDDLE
Six stories at a good price. Production quality is par excellent. The stories are often predictable, but are still fun. While I did not care so much for the first and last story, none of these stories are bad. The four in the middle are good to really good.

Great Short Stories

Great listen! I listen to this in my headphones and I felt like i was in the stories. Not just one person reading you a story. Full cast of characters, Surround sound experience. Five Stars!!! Would definitely listen again.

add a pinch of Malcolm McDowell

and you can't go wrong, good solid horror stories for a rainy Day Drive. Thoroughly enjoyed these, definitely add this to your short Story collection.

Enjoyable

Although the stories are pretty standard fare, the narration and production make the entire Volume an enjoyable experience. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a fairly vanilla batch of horror stories.

Very Good Performance, Corny Stories

The voice acting and music was on point, but the stories were super corny.
Nothing that gives you chills, goosebumps, or even a sense of :"dread'.
Needs better horror authors BIG time.

Great Anthology of Horror Stories

Some better than others but all well performed and worth a listen. Stand out for me was the story with Mercy but don’t want to give any spoilers. Would firmly recommend.
