Publisher's Summary

Family secrets and a hidden past - a woman's search to uncover the truth ignites danger and passion in this novel from #1 New York Times bestselling author Julie Garwood.

Cordelia Kane has always been a daddy's girl - her father raised her alone after her mother died in a car crash when Cordelia was just two years old. So when he has a serious heart attack, Cordelia is devastated, and the emotion is only intensified by the confusion she feels when he reveals the shocking truth about her mother.

Cordelia can't suppress her curiosity about the woman who gave birth to her, and when she discovers the answers to her questions lie in Sydney, Australia, she travels there to get them.

Hotel magnate Aiden Madison is Cordelia's best friend's older brother. He's oblivious to the fact that she's had a crush on him for years. When he gets railroaded into taking her along to Sydney on his company jet, he's unwittingly drawn into a volatile family drama.

Aiden wants to help Cordelia get answers about her mother, but threats from her wealthy, high-powered family are quickly becoming dangerous. Sparks are flying between Cordelia and Aiden, but after multiple attempts are made on Cordelia's life, Aiden realizes he must put a stop to the madness before he loses the thing he values most.

Mostly enjoyed it.

Would you try another book from Julie Garwood and/or Tanya Eby?

Maybe - pretty bad narration on this one.

Would you recommend Fast Track to your friends? Why or why not?

Probably. I waited so long to finally have Aiden and Cordi's story. Love this series. Only problem with this one was the big "climax" of the story was too distant and removed from the main characters. Didn't get that - sort of anti-climatic at the end of the day b

Who would you have cast as narrator instead of Tanya Eby?

Someone a lot better with male voices and accents. Pretty bad.

Do you think Fast Track needs a follow-up book? Why or why not?

I want to see the characters continue.

Any additional comments?

A little disappointed - maybe after the long wait for this book - too much expectation. Really think the main characters should have been more involved with the final takedown.

Somewhat Predictable But Still Enjoyable

What was the most interesting aspect of this story? The least interesting?

Happy to have the trilogy completed. Had just re-listened to Fire and Ice, and wondered when we'd find out about Cordi and Aiden.
Just okay, as narrator ruined the book.

What aspect of Tanya Eby’s performance would you have changed?

Tanya Eby does an mediocre job at best, her sing song up and down narration ruins the book, and her male voices are horrid.
What would I change? I'd change to another narrator

Any additional comments?
narration makes or breaks an audible book, authors should take this seriously

Always Entertaining

I have never read a book by Julie Garwood that was anything but entertaining. As far as Tanya Eby goes, while the accent's could have been better. I have listen to much worse narrator's. All of Ms. Garwood's character's would be great in a book of their own. A book with these main characters have long been awaited. And for me was a real treat. I would love to see Walker's, Spencer's, and Liam's stories told.

FINALLY! Been waiting for this one.

I'm so glad this book has finally been written, now the series is complete. I enjoyed this one as much as Murder List and Fire and Ice. I like Julie Garwood's writing and am never disappointed. If it's new, I'll be in line to get it.

Good story

This is a good story but audio did not sync with the ebook. I have read this book before and find that I enjoy the authors.

Another good book.

She always gives a good story. I like that it is part of a series. I have been reading her books for years. Looking forward to many new stories to come.

Couldn’t finish

I haven’t read all the previous books in this series so I didn’t know it was going to be a romance with way too much detail in their sex. I stopped it at chapter 17 when I had to fast forward through their second sex scene. I’m glad this is an ‘included’ book so I didn’t pay for it. For me, all the lurid details aren’t necessary unless the author is just trying to add pages or gets her jollies worrying about it. It would’ve been a good book just concentrating on the heroine finding her mother and all the intrigue with that. The book was cheapened with the sex details.

I won’t read anymore of Julie Garwood’s books unless she grows up and doesn’t think her book needs soft porn.

I hate 3rd person...

I got to chapter 6 and just couldn't take it anymore. trying to follow along with multiple characters and one voice, and in 3rd person... I couldn't do it.

What’s with Americans doing Aussie accents?

I love this story when reading it but the horrible Australian accents ruined the story!
