I love this Intermittent fasting guidebook.

The first book goes over the intermittent fasting diet, how to get started, exercises, and other handy tips. The second book provides a variety of healthy recipes and meal plans. I tried out a few of them with good results. Anyone who is overweight or struggling with traditional diet plans should pick these up. It will change your life for the better!
