A Do-able book on gaining good health practices.

I love this book. It's probably the best book I've ever read on health because it's DO-ABLE. I also never re-read books. But I will be re-reading this book.

Dr. Chatterjee is on a mission

The good doctor not only wants us to heal ourselves with food (read/listen to all his books) he wants to change schools and office spaces. Why is poison so readily available everywhere we look? He truly cares.
