interesting listen

I'm not vegan but want to get healthier, I've listened with interest with the facts and will certainly be making the effort to introduce more plants on a daily basis . looked at recipes and some look inviting, others look like mush on a plate, which I don't mind occasionally just not 3 or 4 times a week. overall I'm pleased I've listened to it.

How to love and care for your one and only body

Bountiful in Knowledge and the most recent accessible research. Specifically research not skewed by sponsorship by food producers. I love the words, “Progress over perfection.” I also love that this is not a “diet” to lose weight on and then forget about when you “finish it”, it’s lifestyle for life. “Let food be thy medicine.” (Hippocrates) Work to get over your deprivation mentality and realise this book opens the door to a cornucopia of abundance.
