great performers hampered by a far-fetched story

The book starts out with promise and the reader is drawn in by what appears to be a tragedy but later turns out to be an improbable silly plot of a woman faking her death for gain.

Bien dark comme il faut

Je vais rester vague pour éviter les spoil, mais au début j'ai failli décrocher en me demandant si je m'étais plantée de livre. Vers la moitié ça devient très bien et la lecture valait totalement le coup. Les narrateurs sont tous très bien aussi
