A must give to any adolescent going astray

Another outstanding book by the author. This story invoked a sense of anguish knowing that the characters are going in the wrong direction, as well as a sense of sorrow near the end. Life lessons contained here in.

Legit

I’ve read each of Jocko’s books but didn’t quite know what to expect when I ordered this book.

As the story started, I found myself completely sucked in. I couldn’t stop listening from beginning to end.

Great story with layers of leadership along the way.

Really impressive for Jocko’s first fiction book for adults.

Not what I expected

Just because it was Jocko, I purchased this book. I didn’t know anything about it and just got it. What a surprise, but a good one. Can’t wait for other future products.

Childrens book for adult children

I have read every leadership book by Jocko. Big fan of those books.

This book is trash, unfortunately. Thousands of novels have been written. This didn't add anything needed or unique.

There are a whole bunch of one word sentences. This could only appeal to minimally educated people who have long since been too distracted by the internet to think coherently. As I said it is a childrens book for adult children. It will not expand your mind whatsoever unless it is already very small, but even then I'm not sure how this book would help you in any way.

I guess if everything you put your name on sells just keep printing free money but eventually people will realize the value is gone.

Great book

I got it when I saw Jocko came out with something new, listened to it all the way through all the way, then reviewed. I’ll get his next one too

What I expected

Loved everything else Jocko has written and preordered this book on audible since his previous books were well narrated by him. It was exactly what I expected from him. It reads well and quick. Get it.

A meaningful story that gets to the point

Jocko's style of omitting needless words is effective. Well done. Would highly recommend for anyone
