Accessible, action-oriented Life Coaching. ❤️

Really cool and unique content that helped me connect to my values and priorities. Jacki and Mary Beth are really human and accessible, but bring so much wisdom to these classes. Their style reminds me of a podcast, but with a bite-sized life coaching element that leads to action. Loved the bonus meditation and life talk too. Excited to see what comes next after the 7 days to bliss.

Not for me

I don't understand the point of this but I thought it was guided meditations and it's just women talking

Great starting point!

I enjoyed this! The ideas to start making changes were valid and helpful. Not a super long listen and got to the points quickly and efficiently.

"Guided Meditation" is not accurate

This is probably okay if it is what you are looking for; but, it is not a guided meditation. This seems like a cross between a lecture and a daytime TV talk show. This leans way over towards the life coach side of things. This probably has a lot of good information, but if you are looking for a guided meditation, this is DEFINITELY not it. It is in no way a guided meditation.

The audio is also pretty poor and you can hear people whispering periodically - seems like production staff or something.

NOT meditations

Couldn't relate at all. Found myself bored and couldn't finish. If you are looking for a guided meditation, as this promotes, look elsewhere.

Did nothing for me

I found this to be a rework of bland ideas, and also wondered (as a white middle class woman) if any of it made sense to women of other ethnicities and income status. Didn’t make it halfway through the first session.

Not very good

Dialogue between the two narrators are annoying. The information is something you've probably already heard before.

meh

First story was boring to me so my reading ended. price was okay, i.e., free, and was correctly priced.

good start

I like that these are short enough to feel like I can make them part of the start to my day.
