Publisher's Summary

Zahn’s life has been anything but ordinary. While hunting archaic relics infused with magic from continent to continent, his latest search brings him to Hollywood, and then face-to-face with a movie star he has idolized for years.

Until now, he has only cared about the quest. But as lust and love break into his life, Zahn is caught up in a violent competition to retrieve one of the most powerful magical creations of all time from its ancient resting place.

And this time, the race includes mercenaries, a centuries-old organization bent on stopping anyone from possessing it, and a killer who doesn’t understand the concept of mercy.

Well, no one ever promised him that finding real magic in this world was going to be easy. But it was definitely worth dying for.

Warning: This novel contains action, adventure, violence, and copious amounts of intense sex. The sexy fun contains harem elements and intense descriptions that will make the innocent blush for sure. For the entertainment of adults only!

Pretty good

This book is about myths and legends in the modern world. For instance excalibur being a real sword lost to time. The MC (who has a dumb name) is basically Lara Croft with magic. If that seems like something your intrested in and don't mind explicit content this is worth a pick up.

A Very Good Book

I found the plot of this book very interesting and the story intriguing. The characters were interesting and had depth and progressed throughout the story. The narration was very nice and added to the story. I would be very interested in reading more with the characters.

AI reader?

I couldn't even get through the first chapter because of the narrator's robotic voice.

Great Story!

Finding Real Magic is about an Indiana Jones-type guy that hunts for relics all over the globe. His latest hunt takes him to LA where he meets two beautiful starlets who want to help him on his journey. The book was well-written and the story progressed well. I like a lot of sex in the books I read so this one was a bit underdone in that department but it was still an enjoyable listen.

The narration, however, well, if you’ve read some of my other reviews on Erin, then you’ll know I’m not much of a fan of her general narration. I love how she makes a character come to life and gives them individuality and she is excellent at that. Her general narration just seems too ‘children’s bedtime story’ for me.

Terrible Narration worsens an okay story

The narrator sounds like a bad immitation of of a comic mimicking a bad asian accent. Her cadence was so bad it sounded like a nails on chalkboard.

what should have been an okay story was not worth listening to.
