Great way to be the best with meditation and positivity

Great way to be the best with meditation and positivity. All the great informations about meditation mainly and eliminate limited beliefs so on. I really enjoyed. I love it. Thank you so much. By the way, why can't you give us the names of the authors so we can know more. Nightingale- learning Systems; not enough. And whoever participated to produce this fantastic audiobook; I am really Thankful. Keep up the great work.

Shallow and incomplete

This audio is meant to be accompanied by a booklet and there are frequent times the listener is told to refer to that booklet. Perhaps if there was a booklet to refer to, this program wouldn't seem so incomplete.

The narrators voice is also the opposite of soothing - I found myself getting tense every time I returned to listening.

I advise anyone interested in meditation to go elsewhere.

It could have so much better

This audiobook only contained a few helpful tidbits. If someone would have really"focused" they could have raised this book to another level. Just this side of a dud.
