Thank you so much for this audiobook, I honestly thought in this book I was going to find a lot of scientifically based advice courses is about how to feel better in nature. I spent two intense weeks with this enjoying the trees, I want to leave a positive review!!

Reconnecting to Nature!

Finally, I found a perfect book!

Forest bathing is a process of rewilding, simultaneously the most natural and the hardest thing. Forests and trees call to all of us; they need our help as much as we need theirs. We can save one another. That longing in your heart to go to the forest is real. I love this audiobook very much. Good job.

Practical guide for anyone!

The author combines the science and the spirituality of being with trees in a beautifully articulate and accessible style. I’ve listened to audiobooks on forest bathing and had several experiences with it and found this book to be a treasure for both the forest bathing newbie as well as someone with more experience.

Really not what I expected - great

This was nothing that I thought it was going to be - either would have been good.

This was more about the the focus of forest bathing but then went onto mindfulness then onto fishing, beekeeping, cleaning rivers and canals etc. So diverse but it was really good.

I am suffering from long covid and completely changing the way I look at most things so I so recommend this audio book.

What I don't understand is how audible have categorised it as occult.

Will help you try harder to get into nature more

Interesting read and a nice summary of research at the end. All in all, walking in nature is something I try to do already and listening to the book helped cement why I should try harder.

A mindful walk through the forest that invites you to really relax. Once you've found a destination that works for you, visit outside of peak hours for optimum quiet time. Try bathing early on a weekend morning or on a weekday afternoon whilst the kids are at school.

Great book!

Forest bathing exercises can be great fun for adults and children alike and useful in teaching concentration and mindfulness; whilst also providing an excellent opportunity to learn from each other. This forest bathing guide has information to introduce to start off with short periods of forest bathing.

Take in your surroundings using all of your senses

Take in your surroundings using all of your senses. Be observant, look at nature’s small details. Stay as long as you can, start with a comfortable time limit and build up to the recommended two hours for a complete forest bathing experience.
