Publisher's Summary

An emotional, angsty new-adult romance duet from USA Today and WSJ best-selling author Siobhan Davis. More than 10 hours of binge-worthy romance. Each book focuses on a new couple and ends with an HEA.

When Forever Changes: Forever Love, Book 1

Number one new-adult and college romance best seller and number 21 in the entire store when originally released.

Looking back, I should have seen the signs. Perhaps I did, but I subconsciously chose to ignore them.

From the time I was 10, when I first met Dylan, I knew he was my forever guy.

Dylan was more than just my best friend, my childhood sweetheart, my lover. He was my soul mate. We were carved from the same whole—destined to be together forever.

Until he changed. And I believed I was no longer good enough.

Until he shattered me so completely, it felt like I ceased to exist. And I’d never experienced such heart-crushing pain.

Until he leveled me a second time, and I truly wanted to die. But I had to stay strong because I wasn’t alone in this cruel twist of fate.

I can’t help wondering if I had seen the signs earlier, if I’d pushed him, would it have been enough to save us? Or had fate already decided to alter our forever?

For listeners who enjoy friends-to-lovers, brother’s-best-friend, second-chance, angsty new-adult college romance. Some scenes may be triggering—please listen to the note at the start of the book.

No Feelings Involved: Forever Love, Book 2

Ryan James doesn’t believe in love.

It’s a truth he learned early in life.

He broke his golden rule one time, but Myndi trampled all over his heart, cementing his belief that love is a lie and not worth the effort.

Now he’s returned to his cynical views and promiscuous lifestyle, racking up more notches on his bedpost than he can count.

Until Summer Petersen comes crashing into his world, threatening to knock down his walls with her tempting body and sunny, sweet personality.

Summer is determined to lose her V-card before she starts freshman year of college, and the hot, older guy with the cute dimples, dazzling smile, and rippling biceps is just the man for the job. Ryan doesn’t take much persuading, and he rocks her world, giving her a night to remember.

When they walk away, there’s an agreement it was a onetime thing. Ryan doesn’t do feelings, and Summer doesn’t want to be tied down at 18.

But when she moves into her brother Austin’s apartment, she’s shocked to discover her new roomie is the guy who recently popped her cherry.

Ryan can’t believe he slept with Austin’s baby sister, and if he finds out, he’ll literally kill him. Keeping their hookup a secret is nonnegotiable. Keeping his thoughts and his hands off Summer, less so. Because the longer he’s around her, the more he finds himself catching feelings for the gorgeous brunette.

Summer doesn’t want to care for her older brother’s best friend, but Ryan makes her feel things she’s never felt before, and she’s slowly falling under his spell.

Embarking on an illicit affair behind Austin’s back has train wreck written all over it, but provided they keep their feelings in check, they can end this before he ever finds out.

It’s not like either of them is in love.

Duet - includes books 1 and 2

This is a duet and includes books 1 and 2 in Davis' Forever Love series. I loved these two books. The dual narration for each was perfect. While both can be read / listened to as standalones are great together, especially since there is some character crossover which I adored! I really felt that in each book, while there was the sweet and steamy (wonderfully balanced) there were deeper topics that were addressed by our main characters - deep topics - cancer, death, depression, and more - and I really felt that Davis did a really good job in writing about them. Also, a major shout out to our narrators! I always love when a book has dual narration as I really feel that it brings about depth and realism to the characters and helps me know as a listener whos point of view we're getting. Overall I loved these reads / listens and I really hope that Davis is working on more for this series!

I reveived a free copy of this read at my request and I voluntarily provided this review.

Forever Love

okay book one of this duet broke my heart. i loved the story even though it was somewhat sad. the story was well written the narrator's did an amazing job. its crazy to be in love with someone you've known your whole life but im sure it happens. story like this make me wish for that all consuming love.
okay now book 2 was good too, for someone that didn’t believe in love because of what happen when he was 7 years old and it didn't help that when he did find love for the 1st time the girl broke his heart and blamed him for things that he didn’t even do. but then he meets this girl and fight his Attraction to her in any way possible but it's hard for hime. but that it for now. the narrator's to this book did an amazing job too.
both books are so good you guy will not be disappointed at all. your going to fall head over heels for this duet series. i know i did.

Conflicted

I'm conflicted on this review, but I'm giving five stars because of the first book. I would rate the first book with five stars and the second book with three stars. Book one was one of my favorite books this year, and I've read over three hundred books so far in 2022. I cried for hours and stayed up until 5 am listening. The second book wasn't bad, but it was more predictable. with less angst and depth. I would say this duet was well worth the credit, even though the second book wasn't my favorite.

Wow.

The first book in the duet is a kick in the teeth heartbreaker. It broke my heart into pieces. The story is so well written. As for the performances, it was disappointing that Wen didn’t do all the male voices. However this is one of the better performances by Sarah — she did a great job with the various voices. The second book was a good delve into Ryan’s story, and more lighthearted than the first book — thank goodness. My heart couldn’t take a double break immediately after listening to the first book. The performances of the second book were a disappointment. They were not as talented, but you do get accustomed to both as they settle into the story. Siobhan, I don’t know if you ever read reviews at this point in your writing career, but I hope you do from time to time. I’d like to say your in-depth, skillful storytelling is one of the best I’ve been fortunate enough to read/listen to. Your are such a talent. Thank you!!!

Forever Love

When Forever Changes is the first book in the Forever Love series. This book is told mainly from Gabby's point of view. Some of the chapters are from another perspective.

Gabby met Dylan when they were 10. She knew immediately they were going to be together forever. Now they are both in college and have been in a serious relationship for 4 years.

Something happens and Dylan changes. He's mean and has a bad temperament. He's hiding things from Gabby, and when she finds out, she leaves him. She's not sure what to do with her life, since she forever plans have changed.

She stays with her brother and Slater. She starts to have feelings for Slater, but Dylan keeps showing up in her life and making her rethink things. Something happens and we find out something about Dylan. It completely made me change my feelings for him.

This book is definitely emotional, so you may need to have the kleenex ready. Gabby has a lot of decisions to make. Her life changes and she goes through a lot. Will she get her happily ever after?

No Feelings Involved is the second book in the Forever Love duet. This book is told from dual points of view from Summer and Ryan.

Summer is out with her friends before starting college and she wants to lose her v card before starting College. She meets a guy and they have one amazing night together. Then they split ways.

Now at College Summer movies with her older brother and his business partner. When lo and behold the roommate is the guy she spent the night with. Ryan realizes that the person he can't stop thinking about is his best friend's little sister.

Will their living in such close quarters make them fall for each other? Can they keep what happened between them from her brother? What sorts of battles will they have to face?

I loved getting to know Summer and Ryan, but boy was this an emotional roller coaster. My feelings went all over the place with this one, however, it was an amazing book, and I'd recommend it to everyone!

Great Stories!💜

Book 1
This story was heartbreaking in so many ways while also telling, not one, but two beautiful love stories. IMO the story was too long, but otherwise I enjoyed it very much. I was not happy with the decisions made by Gabby but that’s one aspect that makes this story powerful.
The narration by a Sarah Puckett was fantastic, although Wen Ross only appears in a few chapters which was disappointing.
This is book 1 in this duet set with an HEA and can be read as a standalone.
Book 2
This was a great romance with hot chemistry and fast love. It was also heartbreaking and dramatic. Sometimes love is hard as proved by theses two stories.
The narration was absolutely fantastic. Both narrators performed brilliantly.
This was book 2 in this duet with an HEA and can be read as a standalone.
I recommend this book/series

Forever Love

5⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

Siobhan Davis told me to have tissues ready. I should have listened. I am not usually brought to physical tears by books or movies. This book did me in! This book hit me in the feels not just once but at least three different times. This book is epic. It is an emotional almost love triangle. The FMC is Gabby, and you think you've got it all figured out. Wrong! I really have no words to describe it other than a true emotional roller coaster. Siobhan did an absolutely phenomenal job writing this beyond epic love story. The ending is worth every emotion and tear shed while listening to this book. Sarah Puckett and Wen Ross truly captured the deep emotions that these characters went through.

5⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

This is the second book in the Forever Love duet. The first book is about Gabby. This book is about Ryan Gabby’s brother. Ryan has hang ups from his childhood that has kept him from fully settling down and being in a long term committed relationship. Summer has waited to lose her V-card to an experienced lover. The summer before college she goes on a hunt for an older guy to hook up with. No strings attached. Summer and Ryan were instantly attracted to each other. Then Summer had to move in with her older brother and his roommate. That roommate was Ryan her one-night fling she hasn’t been able to stop thinking about. I loved this book. It may have an unexpected trigger for few people. Lia Holland and Dash Coleman did a fantastic job narrating this book.

Great Boxed Set!

This great boxed set includes two full standalone and interconnected novels. 1) When Forever Changes: OMG! Gabby, Dylan, and Slater's story is very emotional, and twisted. Gabby's journey to love is an emotional rollercoaster, breathtakingly heartrending. The storyline is full of angst, drama, and twists and turns. I liked the family bond in the story. Sara Puckett and Wen Ross did an excellent job with the narration. 2) No Feelings Involved: This is Ryan's story (Gabby's brother). Summer and Ryan's story has it all: it's emotional, sweet, sexy, and romantic. This is a sweet older brother’s best friend and forbidden romance. Lia Holland and Dash Coleman did an amazing job with the narration. I enjoyed it. This is a great boxed set, and I liked this duet. #TheFlock

Beautifully written emotional duet

When Forever Changes – Book 1 of this duet was a beautifully written story. Mostly told in Gabby’s POV –it was captivating from the start and a book that consumed me while listening. It’s full of heartache and devastation but there is also a loving and strong family relationship, and swoon-worthy moments of happiness. This book shattered my heart multiple times along the way but slowly pieced it back together with an incredible HEA for Gabby.

If you are a fan of love triangles, a brother’s best friend, second-chance, an emotional and angsty story, then this will be a must-listen for you.

Narrators – Sarah Puckett was amazing with Gabby and I could feel every emotion and Wen Ross really brought out the MMCs emotions. Both drew me into the story and had me wiping away tears and laughing throughout.

No Feelings Involved – Book 2 gives us Gabby’s brother Ryan James. He falls into a one-night stand with a beautiful girl with a plan to never see each other again. They are both shocked to later discover Summer is Ryan’s roommate and best friend's little sister, whom he has promised to not touch. There was a lot of push and pull as they dance around each other and their feelings. Summer was full of sunshine and was mature, it was easy to think of her as older than 18. The family relationship was amazing again and although not perfect they knew how to communicate with one another and be there. I really adored Gabby and Ryan’s relationship throughout the duet.

Lia Holland and Dash Coleman were easy to listen to and enjoy the journey of Ryan and Summer!

This was my first Siobhan Davis book and I will definitely recommend and read more of her books.

**** If you have any triggers - please check TW as both books dealt with some sensitive topics for some ****

Fantastic Duet with Wonderful Narration!

When Forever Changes

When Forever Changes was a heart-breaking and emotional listen on so many levels, but I truly enjoyed it beginning to end. I was sucked in from the very beginning with the phenomenal narration of Sarah Puckett who brings forth all the feels through her voice and story telling. This story took me for a wild ride of emotions that definitely had me thinking along the way as it raises a lot of questions about the choices people make in life and specifically if I would have made similar choices to Gabby in this story. The characters in this story face truly world shattering situations with big consequences that altered lives. My heart broke many times while listening to this story but it was fully healed by the end. I think the author did a fantastic job with the story line and Sarah Puckett and Wen Ross totally slayed with the narration. This was an all around definite must listen for me, one that will definitely be staying with me for a while.

No Feelings Involved

No Feelings Involved is a one night stand/ roommates/ brothers best friends age gap romance. Summer and Ryan have one steamy night of fun that was supposed to end there, but things get more complicated when it later turns out that Summer is Ryan's best friend's little sister and she is moving in with them. Though Ryan tried to keep his distance, the chemistry between them is no match for his willpower and eventually they both they give in to their feelings and desires.

I found this story line engaging and it hooked me from the beginning. I really enjoyed the main characters and think they went well together. I think Ryan and Summer balanced each other out well. The audiobook was really well done. Lia Holland and Dash Coleman did a wonderful job and were very pleasant to listen to. I highly enjoyed this duet and would definitely recommend it.

Amazing Duet!

If you are looking for a weekend listen with all the feels, look no further. Siobhan Davis's Forever Love will fulfill all the emotions you have, breaking your heart and slowly healing it back. The first book, When Forever Changes is Gabby, Dylan and Slater's story. Not really a love triangle, the book gives us a look at how dreams and love changes. Gabby and Dylan were meant to be together forever. But things change, feelings are hurt and Slater is there to pick up the pieces. But that is not the end. Unexpected twists and turns will have you going through tissues. It's a tough journey to Gabby's happiness, but a ride worth the listen. The second book, No Feelings Involved, is Gabby's brother Ryan and his mission to enjoy one night stands, always keeping women at arm's length. But a one night stand with his best friend Austin's sister changes everything. Age-gap, instant chemistry and a love that is meant to be leave us happy and fulfilled. This is a wonderful duet and I loved it!

Sarah Puckett is Gabby, and she as always gives us all the emotions. Wen Ross is Slater, and he falls into story, loving, patient and perfect. Dash Coleman is Ryan, frustrated, confused and falling for Summer and Lia Holland is a mature young adult, giving us Summer. Every performance is spot on and cast perfectly. They made me feel the stories and I loved them all.

Two Amazing Novels & Great Narration🎧

This duet is a double treat of “Forever Love” novels, “When Forever Changes” and “No Feelings Involved”, each a standalone and each just as amazing as the other. You could feel all the emotions Siobhan Davis put into these stories as they pour off the pages and go straight into your heart. The first of the duet, “When Forever Changes” starts with Gabby and Dylan’s forever love story, childhood sweethearts and soulmates, all was going well for them or so she thought, but she noticed changes in him and not good changes. And when he breaks her heart, she opens her eyes and sees what was in front of her the entire time. Have your tissues ready, Davis sure puts these characters through the wringer before they find their HEA. The second book, “No Feelings Involved” features Ryan and Summer’s story, an anonymous hookup that turns into something much more complicated, she is his friend’s younger sister and is not only off limits, but she is his new roommate. These beautifully plotted stories are captivating from start to end, there is plenty of drama, angst, heartfelt emotions and steamy romance. Siobhan Davis, thank you for these amazing stories and emotional rollercoaster rides.

🎧📚🎧 And for the wonderful narration and lineup of talent, Sarah Puckett, Wen Ross, Lia Holland and Dash Coleman do an amazing job bringing these characters and their stories to life. Their portrayal of the characters is spot on and the quality of the audio is top-notch. I loved how they took each role, ran with it, and made it their own. Puckett was fantastic as Gabby, she grasped her every emotion and Ross did the same for Slater in “When Forever Changes”. Holland and Coleman nailed it as Ryan and Summer in “No Feelings Involved”. All were great performing the roles of the secondary characters as well. These entertaining storytellers are versatile voice artists and a pleasure to listen to. Thank you for another fabulous listen.
