Not the Best Audiobook
The information in this book doesn't transition well into an audiobook. Lots of lists that just sound like words being tossed at you. The chapters that contain information are well thought out and easy to listen to. I'd recommend buying this book instead of doing the audio version.

Helpful Health Information Meets Climatology
The first half of the book was helpful information about health. The second half of the book was about global warming and deforestation—a topic for another book. This book should’ve been called—101 ways to convince you that meat is bad. The narrator was good.

Thought Provoking
There was nothing to dislike about this book. It made me see the ‘joking’ digs that people following a plant based diet have to listen to on their social media are subjected to. Simply put, there is nothing to suggest that eating meat and dairy will improve your health. For me personally I do hope that if people want to continue to eat small amounts of meat and dairy, that they are allowed to without difficulty, complaint or criticism. Small amounts can surely do no harm? A life changing book, fantastic.
