Publisher's Summary

Humanity to save. Alien threats to annihilate. Aim your spells accordingly.

Drew and his team are the entire counter-offensive plan against the Naga. He knows that the serpents must be dealt with, but watching the Sidhe forces take the nodes near his old home, and turn them violet, is weighing on him. Even worse than the external threat is the pressing fact that the gathered humans are beginning to fracture into factions with competing desires.

The mana shield over the stadium was supposed to solve every one of their problems. The Naga disagreed, and their frequent skirmishes are ramping up into a constant drain on resources. Drew’s only possible response to the humans, the aliens, and the strange, urban jungle appearing across the Potomac is to increase the count of his own red nodes and build up his strength; all in a race to save humanity.

As tensions rise, Drew wonders more and more if he can solve everything with a well-placed fireball.

I need book 4 and beyond

This is the book we have been waiting for and I am not disappointed. This continuation is as amazing as the first two. I’m absolutely ready for the next however many in the series there is.

The MC continues to grow into his powers and the new world. He develops more as a person in this new world and learns some thing about himself. He also continues to be OP.

Luke Daniels as always does an amazing job bringing the story to life. The effort he puts into telling the story shines through and makes it that much more enjoyable.

Feels inconsistent

I loved the first two books and have been not so patiently waiting for the 3rd one. It seems as though the author forgot base aspects of it though. A lot of the abilities of Drew act far differently than what they had been stated to do without informing the listener that it had happened. Great performance, but with two years to write the book one would think the author would have things flow better and be more congruent.

Lots of set up

If you liked the last two you'll like this. I do have one critique for the book as a whole. I wanted more story and character development. There are really good character moments and a cool climax, but other than that I felt like there was a lot of filler. Having said that this book does an amazing job at setting up for the next installment and I'm very excited for that.

I felt disappointed

The plot doesn't move forward. Just more adventuring. The ending was lack luster in comparison to the other 2 books. The only things that stand out are the use of the power map and the fae.

looking forward to the next one

I really enjoyed this book, it seemed a bit hectic compared to the others and I really disliked a certain characters complete 180 in personality but I'm assuming it's to help progress the story so I'll trust in the author.

A really good 3 installment

I really enjoyed it though I feel that it was way to short and had a bit too much uninteresting things at the start and midway. It only got really really good towards the end. I hope we don't have too wait as long for the next installment of the series or if so that it's better paced.

great book series one of the best litrpg

I personally love when worlds have tied into them the litrpg mechanic or someone gets isekied much more then people just playing games. this book shows why, there is a real feeling of threat.

I can't wait to see how the next book pushes the story forward.

the last part was amazing and entertaining I really would like more explanation about the god attributes system or some kind of scaling on the rarity of there powers(like retribution)
the bloopers were so good I could listen to Luke talk all day hope his dogos are having fun

Enjoyable tho wish longer

Boyce finally has his 3rd in the series out and although this is quite short the progress and the feeling of great events about to reveal themselves gives this a wonderful listen. Hopefully this is shown more the 4th . A deserved 5 stars as the narration by the esteemed Daniels helps this shine brighter.
