Publisher's Summary

James Ponti takes listeners on three heart-stopping mysteries rich with adventure, unforgettable characters, and old-fashioned sleuthing in the Edgar Award-winning Framed! series!

Middle school is hard. Solving cases for the FBI is even harder. Doing both at the same time - well, that's just crazy. But that doesn't stop Florian Bates! Get to know the only kid on the FBI director's speed dial - and several international criminals' most wanted lists - in this adventurous series that School Library Journal says combines "elements of Alex Rider, James Bond, and Sherlock Holmes".

Perfect story for ages 9-13

13 year old Florian Bates is working as a consultant for the FBI alongside his friend Margaret. Florian notices small details trained adults miss. Margaret is a smart, athletic confident young lady. I read alot of books geared for this age group as a classroom teacher. This one is well told, adventurous and unexpected. I also LOVE how confident Margaret is- she's a role model for any person.

I greatly appreciate that the main character has both loving parents. It's a trigger for many when characters have lost a parent.

Trigger warning- there is a strong adoption storyline - it's well done but very prevalent

Wonderful narrator- great accents

The only con- when you buy all 3 audiobooks they load as one continuous book. It's difficult to navigate books 2 and 3 as chapters become harder to pin point.
