Publisher's Summary

I’ve moved past what happened on Del Rey, and I’ve kept the secret of what I did—what we did—buried deep. But I’m afraid I’ll never move past what happened six months later in Amsterdam.

When Ellis Prior, an old friend of my dad’s, walked back into my life, we became fast friends, and he showed me things I can’t forget—things that brought me to my knees. But I walked away from that life, and I never looked back.

It's been three years, but I can no longer ignore it.

It awoke a hunger inside of me.

A craving for something new.

Something powerful.

Now Hanna Thurber is on Del Rey looking for a place to escape, and I’m all too eager to provide. This ballerina is anything but delicate, and the chemistry between us is electric.

But the past won’t stay dead, and Ellis Prior finds his way to the island, too. Suddenly, there is something pulling the three of us together. What starts as innocent and fun turns into an attraction that is undeniably forbidden.

There are no secrets on the island.

There is only us.

And the truth I can no longer ignore.

Free Fall is an MMF romance with explicit sexual content. It is a follow-up to Gravity, and although each story can be enjoyed separately, they are meant to be listened to in order.

Even better on Audio!

It is no secret that I am a huge Sara Cate fan and that the Wilde Boys Books are on the top of my all time favorite books, but listening to Free Fall on Audio was 100 times better than reading it. Nash is a very complex man and getting to relive his story in this format was an entire different experience. I felt his pain, his anger, his frustration, his resentment - all of his emotions even deeper than I did before. I fell in love with him all over again, BUT let me just say that Ellis stole my heart in a different way. I absolutely loved the chemistry between Nash, Ellis and Hanna. This is one of those relationships that would never survive without all three of them being a part of it. They really dug deep into their internal feelings and fears and there were so many emotional revelations. It wasn't easy, but then nothing worth it ever is.

I honestly can't recall if I have ever listened to Joy Beharie narrate before, but she was the perfect Hanna. Aaron Shedlock and Aiden Snow are two of my favorite male narrators and they were phenomenal as Nash and Wilde.

Very good second book following Gravity!

I’m thoroughly enjoying all the books I’ve read by Sara Cate so far, and Free Fall is no exception. I really enjoyed the relationships that developed in this book and the way others from Gravity continued to grow and change as well. I can’t wait to read my next spicy book by Sara Cate! Also, I haven't found a single narrator for any of Sara's books that I haven't thoroughly loved so far, and this is my 5th audiobook. Aaron Shedlock is absolutely going on my favorites list for future narrators to look for books with when I'm picking my next read/listen.

Loved!

This is one of my favorite audiobooks. The narrators did a fantastic job. I don’t usually get chills when listening to books but, man, some parts gave me goosebumps. Now THAT’s some good narrating!

Absolutely delicious!

"Free Fall" was a delicious MMF story that had me captivated from the very beginning. I loved Nash from "Gravity" and was so happy he got his story next with Ellis and Hanna.

The chemistry of Nash and Ellis, hot. The chemistry of Ellis and Hanna, hot. The chemistry of Hanna and Nash, hot. All three of them together, explosive. The angst and tension between Ellis and Nash from their time in Amsterdam, had me fanning myself as I waited for them to get back together. Hanna was the perfect third to their relationship and added the things they were missing. There was so much passion between the three of them and I loved every moment. Each of them were broken in some way but they found each other. And they put themselves back with the support of each other.

Aaron Shedlock and Aiden Snow were amazing as Nash and Ellis. The perfect choices to bring them to life. Joy Behaire was a new to me narrator and I loved listening to her. I can't wait to find more books narrated by her.

A NEXT LEVEL POWERFUL & EMOTIONAL JOURNEY

This book follows on from Gravity where Zara and Allistair get their happy ever after ending.. leaving Nash emotionally wounded and adrift.. and this is his story. It’s about him rejecting, then slowly coming to terms with his sexuality because, three years previously, he was drawn (through MMF threesomes) to Ellis. A friend of his Father’s, Ellis brings sexual awareness and new experiences and Nash finds joy by another man’s touch. But Nash struggled with his guilt and his sexual denial reared it’s ugly head and he ran back to Del Rey to bury his truths. Told in the present with some past chapters, this is an emotionally awkward and intense story of who fits where, of broken trust, of forgiveness and tentative new beginnings. New beginnings for sweet but damaged Hanna who comes to Del Rey for peace.. but instead finds a place to belong in the arms of two very different men. New beginnings for Nash’s charismatic skilled ex lover Ellis who comes for business yet secretly hopes for second-chances. New beginnings for Nate who has to let go of the past, let go of his insecurities and let go of his self-imposed misplaced condemnation and guilt for who he’s attracted to. Because he is the foundation stone.. he is the key to them all moving forward.. and he is deciding force to all their happy ever afters.

Although this is a ménage love story it is very much a MM centered angsty push ‘n pull relationship because the intense conflict, the deep inner emotional turmoil and the animosity is between the two ex lovers as they are gentle coaxed to touch.. to kiss.. to more by a caring and supportive Hanna. Because she sees the love and it breaks her heart to see the denial and the shame there too. Chemistry, heat, character growth and development and an organic moulding of a threesome are all cleverly paced and accomplished here making a VERY hot and steamy ride!! This book follows on from Book 1, however, I’m sure it absolutely can be listened to as a stand-alone - but I personally recommend listening to Gravity first. Great narration from Aaron and Aiden but Joy’s was just meh.

Worth a credit? If you previously listened to and loved Gravity then yes, you’re definitely going to want to hear Nate’s journey to his happy place and his people. Or, if you’re just into steamy explicit MM or MMF ménage stories then, again, it’s a yes.

A Wild Ride!

Oh my goodness did this book take me there! Sara Cate has a wonderful way of writing where you are so completely invested in the characters. That was no different in this book! To see the evolution of Nash was so good. The narration was perfection! Absolutely love!!!

The female narrator…

Would have enjoyed the listen much more if it wasn’t for the female narrator. The constant sound of spit in her mouth was awful.

Not my favorite book by Sara Cate

This story seemed a bit thrown together and I just couldn’t feel the chemistry between the 3 main characters like I did in the previous story. It was also a bit hard to find the man on man sex as appealing as a story where there are just two guys that share and love one woman. Not that I have any problem with being gay, it’s just not my cup of literarily tea. Instead it was more like two guys that feel in love and the woman was a side piece that came along to bring them back together after a bad breakup caused by the younger male character being in denial about his sexual orientation. I also was not a fan of the female narrators voice. although I thought the male narrator did an awesome job.

Free Fall

This is book two in the Wilde Boys series. This book is about Nash. In book one it was about Zara and Alister finding each other through Nash. But now Nash has to truly admit to himself who he loves. This book hit me so hard. I was not expecting for it to just sink in to my soul. The last quote of the book before the epilogue will probably stay with me forever. “Sometimes things have to be broken before they can truly be whole again”. I loved this book! Joy Beharie, Aaron Shedlock, and Aiden Snow did a phenomenal job narrating this book.

MISS SARAAAAA

Wooooow, I really enjoyed this audio. The voice actors were perfect, Mr Aiden Snow SIR!!
All I wanted to do was give Nash a big huge and just tell him everything is going to be okay, the way he went about things wasn't the greatest which was very annoying but is forgiven as he showed he wanted to change and improve, we love a man who is vulnerable and becomes free.
I absolutely love all three of them together! I want more of them honestly, NOVELLA PLEASEEEE.

Sara you did it again.
