Excellent presentation of menopause

This is a must-read for all women to give us a heads up on what is to come. The more informed we are the easier life will be. I like her suggestions for health and wellness; hormone prescriptions should not be the first thing we try.

Informative and Helpful

This audiobook is doing an excellent job educating women about the problems of menopause while providing real solutions and a better perspective on the topics of aging and all the problems that come with it.
The book is well researched and provides excellent support for women, who are suffering and just need some answers.
Excellent presentation of the issues, surrounding menopause, alleviating fears, stress and uncertainty, related to middle-age health complications.
The narrator has a British accent and a lovely voice. This is my first non-fiction audio with this accent and I really liked it. Who knew that this could be the voice of a health coach, not only a Regency Wallflower or a duchess:)
I learned a lot from this book, and now I'm looking forward to reading more of Silvana's work.

This Book is an Asset!

This book is filled with information for every woman experiencing menopause. Not only that, it is even good that ladies read it before they reach that age because that will prepare them for it. There are lots of tips that I got from this book. It also answered a lot of questions and cleared my doubts. It’s a great book to have. I will recommend it.

Awesome and informative

This is a great audiobook! While I am not looking forward to menopause I feel more prepared for it after listening to this book. The author addresses some questions I haven’t even thought of for going through menopause. Ladies in your 40s this is a great tool to have in your “belt” of womanhood!

Great Book and Resource!

There was somethings I knew but Alot I didn't know. But now I do.
I really enjoyed listening to the different areas that I now understand. It is very well written. I also enjoyed listening to the narration. She speaks clearly and her voice is easy to listen to.

This book helped my mom tremendously

My mom was going through manopause as all women do at some point....so i heard. I was so tired of watching her discomfort i felt the need the do something, anything. So i bought this book for her and she is now a much healthier and happier person. Thank you for writing this.

Now I understand a lot more

This book helped me to understand the process I'm going through. This wonderful book gave me solutions for the side effects I'm suffering from such as mood swings and night sweats. I appreciated the information given for hormone replacement therapy. I now have a better understanding and can better explain what I'm going through to my husband and family members.

My mother has been suffering from hot flushes and night sweats for almost a year; this book is a present for her. A must for every woman

Either we like or not as women we’re all going to experience menopause, and with the right education with can counteract the negative symptoms through diet, supplements, exercise or ,if necessary, hormonal treatment. The book provides great information on understanding the hormonal changes and is a great support to go through menopause period easier!

Very helpful!

This book has given me hope and reassurance. I'm going through menopause currently much earlier than my sister who didn't start getting her symptoms until she was 46.

I have been struggling with hot flushes, night sweats and insomnia...not a great combination!

The author has provided a lot of information explaining the symptoms and some of the reasons behind them and how to best manage these symptoms.

I am keen to try the tips! looking forward to Silvana's next book!

Great suggestions for reducing symptoms.

I picked up this audiobook for my wife. She’s already implemented some of the recommendations outlined in this resource with great success. Her hot flashes at night have both diminished in frequency and intensity. She’s been able to slowly reduce some of the negative symptoms associated with menopause by following the sage advice being shared in this guide. She would highly recommend this audiobook for any woman who would also like to effectively decrease the negative effects of menopause.

Very good information

As I approach the menopause im doing as much research as possible in it and this book has definitely helped. Explains what we need to do for diet ,cut out the bad stuff and exercise more than I do. Explains the benefits of sourcing some nice organic produce. I'm very satisfied with this book as it answers just about evey question I had on the subject. Its packed with very useful information

A must have!!!

As a peri-menopausal girl, I’m absolutely dreading the times ahead... and can already notice small changes in my body starting to happen. If you’re feeling the same - this book is for you! It gives you comprehensive information and full understanding of what and how happens to you during menopause. Not only that - it’s full of practical, sound, relevant advice on what to do about it. It certainly reassured me on many levels and gave me the right tools to prepare for the inevitable. It sounds scary, but thanks to Silvana, I know I’m not on my own, no one judges me, and I’m in control on how to manage the big M that we so rarely openly talk about as women.

Thank you! A must have, even for younger women, who want to understand their bodies better.
