Publisher's Summary
French Club is packed with songs, rhymes, jokes and tongue twisters designed to be engaging, memorable and enjoyable. Children as young as 3 and as old as 12 will enjoy singing along to the catchy rhythms of French Club.
Learning language from a young age should be a fun, stress-free activity. By listening and joining in as native speaking French children have fun in French, your child will be learning without even realising it. Topics such as animals, colours and the days of the week are all covered, and specially-designed tongue twisters help to ensure that the pronunciation of some of the trickier aspects of French pronunciation prove to be no obstacle at all.
Download the free accompanying full-colour, illustrated transcript to assist you and your child as you learn.

Clear Voices, Catchy Tunes, Downloadable PDF
This is entirely in French, not a scrap is in English. I was initially disappointed but my child loved the songs, and OMG, the tunes are catchy. Later I was humming some of it.
The child narrators/singers have very clear voices, you can even hear all the words in the tongue twisters.
There is a downloadable PDF - that has the words with translations directly below all with fun simple drawings.
This is well worth the money, glad I got it.

French
Where does French Club for Kids rank among all the audiobooks you’ve listened to so far?
It is not a real comparison. I tried the audiobook for the french speaking and intonation. I am an adult trying to learn the accent for french and have found children's rhymes to be the best for imitating the right speech patterns. The tongue twisters are very helpful, as well.
What did you like best about this story?
I want to teach my children french in the future and think that the songs and rhymes and tongue twisters will be helpful and similar to the way children learn.
What does Collins bring to the story that you wouldn’t experience if you just read the book?
The speech and pronunciation cannot be learned from a book.
Was there a moment in the book that particularly moved you?
Not for a children's book
Any additional comments?
I liked the format for learning language.

Unless you're planning to go to the zoo in France
There isn't much here and the PDF doesn't even align with the chapters in the audio.

Enchanting
Yep, this book like a magical wand creates a smile on my face every time I listen to it. Together with rich and colourfully illustrated pdf book it is good start for everybody who wants to learn French basics. I believe it can enrich also a class of any French tutor. Your kids will love beautiful drawings and to listen to the easy to remember songs.

Fast moving and scintillating
My children have grown up listening to this audio and whilst I think I like it more than them ( they are nearly grown up), their French is way better than mine as a result. Bonne écoute.
