Great

From the beginning the author teaches you what it means to use this type of diet and what new habits to follow, you also learn to be more aware of the foods that are correct to consume. I really enjoyed listening to the part where you learn how important it is to use positive affirmations to increase confidence and feel motivated to continue.

It is completely useful

The biggest fact that I can't fail to mention about this audiobook is simply the fact that by having the right eating habits I can count myself among those people who are not overweight and enjoy the advantage of having a healthy body. Our subconscious is a great help when we use it for our own good. It's the best book

This audiobook means the perfect way to activate your fat-burning process. Its tricks and tips help you persuade your subconscious that your stomach is smaller and therefore you need less food, so you can also control your appetite. This guide is very helpful as the author explains the possible reasons why you can't lose weight and a lot of it has to do with our mind and that's where hypnosis comes in.
