A very great book!

The last five years have been a challenge to stay healthy and exercise. I'm the type of person that gets tired with workouts and diet regimens quickly and is always seeking for new methods to keep things interesting. That was the case with this book! And the brief workouts were a terrific use of time because I found myself sneaking in workouts here and there because the time commitment was so little!

I think this books gives the solution we all require now a days, due to the pandemic, it would be a great solution for us to achieve our body goal in the comfort of our house.

Easy to follow, and it works!

If you've been so busy but also craving some healthy change in your life with diet, lifestyle and fitness, please look no further - grab this audiobook! Not only are the suggestions easy and simple to follow, but you also become confident that you can certainly do each of the elements suggested. Healthy in you Home!

I enjoyed this…wish I would have had it when the pandemic hit and the gyms closed. There are a lot of things you can do to better your health in your own home and this book highlighted a lot of them.

I also like that it had a PDF I could download if I wanted to. I particularly liked the chapter with food idea particularly because it included drink ideas…which is sometimes forgotten about in health books

This book offers practical steps like many other books I had read to get in shape and healthy. Also, this book provides excellent information about exercising and maintaining a diet plan to get the body you want. Highly recommend it to anyone that needs to lose weight.

Great instruction!

With all the lockdowns and gyms closing in my area I’ve had to workout from home. the clear narration and guidance in this audio book was super helpful. especially stretching and moving my body properly so I don’t get hurt. I also appreciated the nutrition advice in chapter 4! Thanks so much for recording this book!

A great resource for COVID times!

Working out and staying healthy has really been a struggle these last two years. I am the type of person that gets bored with workouts and diet plans really easily and am always looking for something fresh to switch things up. This book was just that! Great advice from an expert.

I love Silvana Siskov's take on health and fitness. Small choices and consistency over time. Great step-by-step advice, and tons of ideas to try. Including recipes! It left me really motivated, and ready to GO! Great narration too.

Lets get exercising

Exercise and diet are the two key components of maintaining a healthy body. A great listen which combines both important aspects. The meal ideas were pure gold as they were obviously healthy but importantly they were easy to rustle up which is perfect for a busy person like myself

love this book

We all know that we need to exercise and eat healthy but most of us do not do it. I always think that i do not have enough time for that. Tlp0his book showed me how little time i need to stay active and how to prepare healthy food in no time. What really got me as well is amazing explanation of the difference between healthy diet and weight loss diet. Highly recommended.

Silvana never disappoints . . .

I have had the pleasure of accumulating a few of the author's books and Silvana never stops surprising me. This title has lots of interesting pointers especially for those busy folks (myself included) in our fast pace lifestyles that prevent us from committing to a long term routine. The attached guide was an excellent follow along especially with illustrations and a snippet for her next book has already peaked my interest. I wish Silvana can create a video course in near future as that would be super beneficial to us! Thank you again for your commitment to healthy living. TWO THUMPS once AGAIN!

Great fitness book

All-in-one package

This book offers all the advice that people in order to get healthy and turn there life around. along with the factual advice given in this book it also does a great job at providing motivation for the reader and could inspire a lot of people into making a real difference in there lives. I am an experienced trainer and I find it interesting to buy these type of books and see if they hold up - I can confidently say this book talks a lot of truth!
