Awesome Book

This book is incredible. I going definitely going follow this book because I work so much and it's very hard for me to stick to A healthy diet and stay fit. I can only diet for two days then I'm eating whatever after day two. I recommend people buying this book if it's hard for you to eat healthy and stay fit. If you are working all the time.

What more do you want?

Two books in one. Lots of tips. Lots of links for additional information. The author clearly put in a lot of effort to give the reader the most amount of value possible. I really enjoyed this book. The tone is frank. Its up to you to change, to put in the effort, the dedication, the hard work. The book is more like a pep talk. It invigorates you and forces you to be honest with yourself. But it also gives you so many ways to take action for yourself. Highly recommend this for anyone seeking to getting healthy and fit in the midst of a tight schedule.

Amazing!

I could not have found this at a more perfect time. I was literally munching on a bag of cheetos and thinking "I really should have gotten outside today." I decided to take a look at what to listen to next on audible and I came across this little gem. I put the cheetos away, I am motivitated and excited! If you too want to turn your life around, then I would recommend listening to this!

Great resources for 2 in 1!

This bundle book is perfect for me as I’m always have busy schedule with work and kids. Sometimes I even skip breakfast and eat late dinner. I learned that the stuff that I eat I thought it was healthy, but I realized it wasn’t from this book. This bundle book provides so much healthy tips, healthy diets and exercises that you can do at home. Such a life changer!!

I had been stuck in a rough patch in my life for months. I knew I needed change as I wasn't feeling like myself and started having issues with loved ones. I picked up several audiobooks, watched countless Youtube videos, and read plenty of books and articles online to try to get motivated and set health goals.

This book was the thing that did it for me - I was finally motivated to become the best 'me' I could be. I started setting small rules and goals of eating health - sure, I took longer than most might, but after a few weeks my diet was completely transformed. At the same time I built in some workout schedule, not overworking, but at least some exercise each day. And most importantly was making sure I got enough rest for my body to be capable of meeting goals each day.

This audiobook was such a life game-changer for me. I absolutely recommend this if you are looking to make a positive change in your life and finally start being healthy!

no more excuses for me

Recently, I have been increasing my income, but what comes with that is a tight schedule. What I found most helpful in this book was the fact that it made me realize, no excuses. I can work out, stay fit, and eat healthy even with a tight schedule. This book really helped me identify my why behind my health, self-care, and wellness goals and purpose.

A great pairing!

I read the first book in this bundle and loved it! So happy that I was able to get even more valuable info in this package-deal. The short workouts attracted me first because of my busy working schedule and so the second book was such a natural pairing. These books really complimented each other and are perfect for the busy-body who is looking to keep their health a priority.

Really useful!

These 2 books in one bundle is of great value!
The author has put together a wide variety of information on getting fit and healthy on a budget.
There is lots of good information, tips for eating healthy and not breaking the bank!

This book is a great resource if you ate thinking of changing your lifestyle and getting fit and healthy. I've got all of Silvana's books, she always gives good advice regarding setting realistic goals that you can achieve to get fit and healthy and then maintain it too.

Perfect combo audiobook for people with limited time!

Having this two in one combined audiobook gives you everything you need to train at home in a short period of time and if you have a busy lifestyle. Not all of us have time for the gym, particularly if you have young kids or a busy career. Each book is packed full of exercises, tips to manage your time and also loads of nutrition and recovery advice. It’s clearly narrated and worth a 5 star review in my opinion!

Just what I needed!
