I think the content is solid- but it needs a supporting workbook or something because there is too many numbers, formulas, and recommendations that need to be written down. no discount for Kindle and audible versions purchased together

Incredibly Motivating!! Listened twice!

Thank you for your research and information! I learned about my real sugar addition and how it affects me. My migraines are much less frequent and much less severe. It’s like all these years I’ve been doing this to myself with sugar laced foods and the doctors were just testing countless medications in me with many negative side effects. I’m in awe. My husband too has been able to reverse his Type 2 Diabetes by cutting out sugar and intermittent fasting. We also love the rebounder. I can’t believe I used to use this powerful little thing after each of our seven kids were born, to get rid of baby weight. Now here I am at 60 jumping on a rebounder again; so invigorating. This was an incredibly motivating book and we listened twice already. Thank YOU Dr. Daryl Gioffre! It’s a bonus that you read your own book too! We loved it!

The narrator was so bad. Can't pronounce words properly. Book doesn't align with recent studies like how bad coconut oil is etc.

Too Structured- too many rules.

After hearing an interview on the radio I thought his approach would be far more flexible - his more structured approach for IF is excellent - however not for me.
