Publisher's Summary

Tired of living overwhelmed by mental and physical clutter, burdened with racing thoughts, plagued by worry and fear, and on edge over things that either don't matter or never happen?

Some people seem to easily have it together - naturally positive, optimistic, and always calm. Everything works out for them, and everywhere they go, they're followed by sunshine and rainbows. Screw them, right? No, you can become them. Minus the muttering mantras under your breath and flowers in your hair.

It's time to get your mind right and do a clean sweep of your life. It's time to regain sanity, freedom, happiness, and control of your life by eliminating anxiety, negativity, and mental, emotional, and physical clutter.

That's where this bundle comes in.

It contains three audiobooks:

  • Bitch Don't Kill My Vibe: How to Stop Worrying, End Negative Thinking, Cultivate Positive Thoughts, & Start Living Your Best Life
  • Chill Out, Bro: How to Freak Out Less, Attack Anxiety, Calm Worry, & Rewire Your Brain for Relief from Panic, Stress, & Anxious Negative Thoughts
  • Cut the Crap & Let It Go: A Stress Free Way to Simplify & Declutter Your Life to Increase Happiness, Freedom, Mindfulness, & Productivity by Embracing the Minimalist Mind

Who the heck am I? Just an average girl with slightly above-average issues who figured out without a PhD that when you can't get your head right, life can suck. When I figure out ways to make it suck a little less, I write a book about it. This is one of those books - well, three technically.

This sometimes blunt, sarcastic, in-your-face bundle has a little language, laughs, and tough love. But most importantly, it has simple, actionable tips that can be integrated into your daily life.

It proves that getting your ish together can be fun and entertaining, and it doesn't have to take a lifetime to turn your life around.

If you're tired of the same hippie mumbo jumbo advice from the same dry, boring self-help books, scroll up and get this audiobook!

Great message, not great narration

my brain had a really hard time following the words being spoken because of the unnatural flow. How do I put this? The whole audio sounded like I was being read a PowerPoint. Each sentence had the same tone and flow, almost like Siri or Alexa was reading it to me. I'm going to need to get the actual book to get the value from the author.

Almost perfect

There were a few parts I could have done without, but meh, that’s to be expected when you get a multi book bundle. You’re just not going to like every part of it. But I must say I did enjoy this overall.

The BFF you need and never had

No offense to my friends, but Reese Owen is way cooler than them. I wish she was my BFF in real life. So funny, to the point, and motivational.

Finally, someone who speaks my language! I love the author’s tone and “voice.” She talks like I do so it makes this a lot more fun to listen to.

I would recommend this book to a millennial

This would be perfect for anyone who is in their 20s or 30s. I think that’s the perfect age group for this book, and if that’s you, I think you will like it.

Get your mind right

Just like the title says! This is focused a lot on mindset. Every book explores a different way that our minds can control us in ways that we don’t realize are negative. It was good.

I like her style

All three of these books by this author have the same similar tone and sense of humor, so if you like one, you’ll like them all.

Not quite my cup of tea?

Not quite my sense of humor, but I can’t knock her for it. I appreciate the effort she took to take normally boring topics and make them more fun and digestible for the people to whom her sense of humor resonates. Although it’s not totally “my style,” I took a chance anyway in getting this book, and if I look past that personal preference, there actually is a lot of really good information.

Wasn’t expecting that

Reese Owen is the best author you’ve never heard of! I can confidently say that. I thought this was very informative but also uniquely enjoyable at the same time, given the subject matter.

Two out of three ain’t bad

The first book was my least fave of the bunch. It wasn’t bad per se, but it lacked the depth of the others in my opinion. But hey, if I can get two great books out of this, I’ll take it, considering this is like two or three times as long as a regular audiobook anyway.

Worth it just for the second book

The middle book Chill Out Bro, was absolutely amazing for anxiety. This whole thing is worth the price for just that book alone! If you have anxiety, you have to give this book a try

Jen Sincero fan?

If you like books like You Are A Badass, then you’ll love this book. It’s got the same elements, a sassy female author with sarcasm, dry humor, and wit.

Cut the Crap was my fave of the bunch. It was a great wake up call to show me my relationships to things and how that impacts my behavior and my mind.

I didn’t learn anything

Some people say they don’t learn anything new from self help books, but I guess it just depends on the person and depends on what content you’ve consumed already. I consider myself very well read, so I rarely come across anything that tells me anything I haven’t heard before. This book was no exception. That said, the tone and sense of humor was a nice change of pace to break up the kind of books I usually read and listen to.

My girl!

My girl came through again! After listening to her other bundle, Screw It And Just Do It, I didn’t think she could top herself, but here we are again with another amazing audiobook. Reese doesn’t disappoint!

It was Good

I can’t really say I learned anything new, so while the message wasn’t new, I did enjoy the messenger. Can’t complain about that I guess.
