I feel so much lighter

This is a brilliant book. I have been having some problems during lockdown especially with worry and stress as I had lost my job and doing the process of applying for new roles and interviews. I am always scared of these things, and they stress me out to no end. Having listened to this book over a few days wow do I feel calmer and much more at peace with what has happened. Bad things happen, but being able to look at them from an objective view is something I have gained from listening to this book. Awesome read!

Details on how to deal with stress and anxiety

This book will teach you about the signs and effects of stress as well as how to relieve stress and anxiety through arts, music, affirmation, and meditation exercises. It will also assist you in removing external forces from your life (toxic people), handling the ups and downs of daily life, and awakening your positivity potential. Chapter 5, "The power of positive thoughts," was one of my favorites.

You need to know the true

This book 📖 tells you the truth exactly as it should be said. I don't want to spoil too much, but I feel when I said that part of my problems came from family and friends that are not supportive, he explained, and they provided tips on how to avoid their negativity. Thanks

Lifted the world off my shoulders!

I am finally able to relax after years of relentless anxiety. I am filled with joy no matter what life throws my direction now! My only regret is I wish I found this book sooner. It's literally lengthened my lifespan by calming me down. Also I can actually enjoy my life now without constantly worrying about something. I am happy for the first time in 20 years and nothing feels better! This book was so fun to listen to as well. For the price I paid it is pretty much free. I would have paid 10k for the freedom I feel today after years of struggle. THANK YOU!!

You deserve a stress-free life

Like everyone who is going through the pandemic, our stress level is at and all time high. My company had a lay off before the pandemic hit and now we are living the new normal. This book contains some great advice on how reduce stress and find the joy and serenity in daily life through practices like decluttering, healthy eating, meditation, exercises, and giving gratitude, etc. I believe all deserve to live a happy and this book helps shift my perspective toward a more positive place.

A practical guide to coping with stress.

Having experienced higher than normal levels of stress and anxiety when facing the global pandemic, I found this audiobook to be a helpful tool. The resource is full of practical tips on how to create better balance in many aspects of one’s life. I got a lot out of Chapter 7 that looked at eating, meditating and exercising stress away; aspects of my life that I tended to neglect over the past year. Implementing just a handful of the strategies presented in this audiobook helped me reduce my stress levels.

Really hit home and will help improve my stress

I enjoyed listening to Get into the Groove of Life as I have been always searching for ways to improve my stress and anxiety. Alan Irving British voice narration was easy to follow along with and made listening a lot easier. The steps which Martin provides are reliable and can it help me eliminate some of my stress and anxiety for good. This past year was a crazy one that I know brought a lot of stress to all and listening to this audiobook is a great starting guide to reduce that stress. I will listen to it again.

Absolutely Loved it!

I've constantly been feeling under the gun with work and personal life stressors. Constantly running around feeling stressed and anxious. This book really brings up real-life examples that happens to everyone, and shows you various methods to cope with daily stressors. And the best part? It actually works! I started using the techniques I learned daily, and I find that my general level of anxiety is definitely lower than it used to be.

Narration and audio quality is perfect, and the content is great. Nothing in here not to love. Easily 5 Stars!!

Informative Resource to address stress and anxiety

Antidote to stress

This audiobook is a great listen if you're feeling overwhelmed, burnt out or just plain fed up. These aren't easy times we're living in we all need some way to blow of steam. Encouraging

I have felt so out of control of my life for so long I stopped believing I could get it back on track. I didn't even believe that I had anxiety for a long time but after accepting it I have been searching for information that is actually helpful. I came across this book and it has been so reassuring, it has helped me to get a hold of my life and I am working through my anxiety with the advice given in this book and I have seen some real progress!

Easy to Follow!

The book" Get into the Groove of Life Rid Yourself of Stress and Anxiety, Live the Life You Deserve" gives a good help to help relief stress and anxiety we all experience as a daily dosage. Most people forget about it, ignore it or don't do anything about it, pilling up to depression. Chronic stress makes heart work too hard can destroy life but the book gives insight on to go about it and live the life.
I will recommend the book for everyone really, to get more insight on how listen to your body and get rid of stress.

enjoyable listening

Easy to understand, and I appreciate the conversational tone.
There are some great tips to manage the upsides and downsides of life.
Listening to this audiobook I've found some situations that I've already experienced, others than I didn't, they likely they will be of help in the future: if you are already prepared, it will be easy to succeed even if the situation is tough.
