Publisher's Summary

Do you ever get the sense you could be doing so much more?

Do you put things off for later and they never get done? Do your thoughts never manifest into action? If you wonder what life would be like if you stopped procrastinating, then you’re in the right place.

Procrastination is a vicious cycle that can be broken. Many are aware but never muster the strength for change. Many wait for the last minute, or until the time has passed. We put things off and tell ourselves we’ll do them right after this nap. Right after we check our phone. Right after we watch the last 10 minutes of that show.

But those things never get done. They go untouched or unresolved. And all of those unresolved things build up in your life like plaque on your teeth.

You can stop procrastinating and gain back that competitive edge in life. To do that, you’ll have to go beyond yourself. Get outside help. Why? Because you’ve already tried to go deep. You’ve already tugged at your will power and attempted to find your motivation. It didn’t work, and that’s why you’re here. So, the answer is that you need another perspective. A guide. A simple, informative audiobook to help you change your life right now.

When you order this audiobook, you’ll discover:

  • How to instantly start a task in less than a minute even if you hate doing it.
  • How to deal with setbacks and bad habits in new ways that propel you forward.
  • The number one method influencers with top productivity use to take back time and get double the work done.
  • How to stop filling time with meaningless tasks and replace them with real progress.
  • A secret to develop a deep inner vision that will keep you laser-focused forever.

Your procrastination isn’t an accident. It’s basic human psychology. Your mind is designed to work against you by conserving energy for survival. If you want to become someone who ever has a chance to beat procrastination, then you need help. In this audiobook that’s what you’ll find, and you’ll get it delivered in bite-size chunks you can easily consume without getting overwhelmed.

If that’s the transformation you need, then it’s time to act now. Scroll up and order the audiobook today!

Breaking Procrastination

The Procrastination Cure is an excellent resource for overcoming what may be best described as a virus of productivity. Paul B. Heathcote offers clear, concise descriptions of the sources for procrastination in a manner that is relatable. As a new supervisor, I found his discussion relevant and accessible. In other words, you will not get bogged down in theory and esoterics. Definitely, a must-have.

Wasn’t very helpful.

As with many of these types of books… A lot of it is reiterating things that you already know. This book doesn’t really say anything new and is pretty bland. I got about 60% of the way through and couldn’t do anymore. Just kept saying the same thing over and over again. Blahhhhhh

Simple and Effective read

This book is a basic, easy to follow read that applies common sense to a subject many choose to avoid. In its simple approach, I found myself surprised by the exercises which led me to some value-added conclusions concerning procrastination elements in my own personal behavior. A good read to launch a person's efforts towards self-improvement.

it would be worth every penny.

This book spoke to me and addressed all my issues in a very direct and easy-to-understand manner. It helped me realize some of the patterns I follow and provided a way to get out when I get stuck. I think I got it for free, but even if it was for a price, it would be worth every penny.
