A Must read for the American Supreme Court judges

I think this book is Karin Slaughter back to her best. The storyline is believable- a young female taking the shame and punishment for an act that is equally shared by the male participant. A Must read for the American Supreme Court judges who have no grasp of reality!

Excellent

Kathleen Early is in a league of her own and brings these characters to life.
She is my favourite audio performer and I’m so glad she continues to read for K.Slaughter.

Another great story

Not for me

really could not get into this story, going back and forth in time and not really getting going. i am on about chapter 5 or 6 and still just discussing the people and setting them up.

Fantastic and moving. Recommended!

Well, all of Karin Slaughter's books are amazing. They are so full of detail and when something hazardous happens I tend to skim read with an actual book or kindle! This is why I love listening on Audible, it makes you catch all of the detail and truly enjoy the book. Highly recommended! xxx

Boring

Too much jumping round, story went on and on. I gave up 2/3 of the way in.

Good, but it is a sequel!

I enjoyed this book, but I didn’t realise until towards the end that it’s a sequel. Unfortunately this means the first book in the series is ruined for me now, don’t make the mistake I did!
