Life changing

The information in the book has been life changing for me. Never has anyone explained how food gets processed in my body, and what the consequences so clearly. It’s not so hard to make the right decisions when you understand what will and will not happen inside your body. I’m very grateful the author put this together.

Life Changing

Forgivde my English (Not mother tongue)

I'm not quite the "review guy", but I'll make an exepction this time. I won't go into too much details, just trust me when I tell you it's a life changing book. I lost 14 pounds these last 2 months since I bought it, I feel more energetic and focused, I don't fall asleep on the wheel anymore; My wife also listened to this book after I recomnded it to her - She feels stronger, less hungry and the cravings are almost gone completely. I recomnded it to a good friend of mine as well- After only a week he let me know he sleeps much better, doesn't feel bloated any more and it's only the begining for him.

It's a well written book with fantactic data and most importantly - Useful and Practical info!

Well presented material

This book was written in a way that was easily digestible! The author did a lovely job summarizing the information from the studies. I think she succeeded in validating her hypothesis that reducing glucose spikes is important. I enjoyed listening the the hacks and have started implementing them. I think the fact that she has, in a way, used her body as a science experiment has inspired me to try out these easy food hacks/adjustments to see what happens in my own body! I have already shared this book with multiple people.

This confirmed SO MANY THINGS FOR ME

I'm a type 2 diabetic I've been struggling with my weight since my childhood I was diagnosed with type 2 diabetes back in 2010. I've been surviving and medicated and having regular hospital visits because I wasn't capable of managing my type 2 diabetes. over time through trial and error and testing my blood with the old school the kilometers I stumbled onto half of the things that she recommends through trial and error and doing things right and doing things wrong. my biggest discovery was my switch over to vegetables as my first go to food. never one vegetables never Spike my blood sugar levels and I was also less hungry when I had more vegetables a part of my diet. and then prioritize protein and depending on my day would have carbohydrates but I'd be very careful in selective and how much I had and if fiber was a part of the diet with the carbohydrate like switching over from regular rice to lentils. this was a hard process that I stumbled upon through trial and error listening to this book only confirmed my suspicions on my diet as sometimes I would have a bad day and go to a bad habit every once in awhile. I'm happy people are discovering this more this book is very elaborate and giving many convincing cases this only has added to my Arsenal that I stumbled upon perfecting my weight loss game even more I'm sure of it. from doing half of what she's talking about even before reading the book I went from 500 lb to clocking under 300 closer to 250. although my goal is in about weight loss but more so body composition I am so happy to have confirmation that I've been going close to the right direction with more strategies at hand. this book is amazing as I already know it works it's a confirmation of a part of my weight loss Journey which I didn't have a full comprehension realization until reading this and now I have more confidence in the direction I'm going more tools to utilize for the future and less medications to buy as I'm less dependent on them for just basic survival
