My Connection to my Daughter, Emily
My Daughter, Emily, has Asperger's. Communication is what it is. The beloved stories I heard growing up are precious and sharing them with my daughter are so important on many levels. The narrator of this adoring bedtime story is perfect and especially connects with my daughter. Her voice is gentle and kind. I appreciate that. I hope all children are soothed by her voice and can enter "Sleepytime" peacefully like my daughter and myself. I can never thank you enough, Ma'am.

Great book, but...no syncronized images???
I purchased this specifically to try out the audible books with syncronized images. There are no images (besides the cover of the book). Not sure why. At first I believed it to be a Kindle issue so I also downloaded to an iphone and an ipad. Neither one of those worked either. I am disappointed by the lack of images. It makes me wary of buying any more that claim synchronized images. The reading itself and story, of course, are just fine.

Where are the pictures?
We've been slowly going through and buying the books in the With Synchronized Images category. This one was placed in that category but doesn't show any illustrations other than the cover image - I wish we could get the illustrated audiobook version or exchange it for one that has pictures!

A good bedtime story for the very young
The synchronized illustrations worked great on the iPhone and iPad. This is a very nice little bedtime story with very nice illustrations and very simple bedtime focused story. I personally like a bedtime story with a bit more of a message, nevertheless this is an excellent book for a sleepy child, particularly one who has been having bad dreams, or is scared of the monster in the closet. The narration is wonderful as are the illustrations that are displayed as the story plays. NOTE this is only 5 minutes and 69 cents so don’t use a book credit!

No images :(
I don't know if it's my kindle but the images did not come up when listening to this book. One review said theirs worked and another person said theirs did not so I'm another one that's disappointed.
Other than that, the music was nice and the reader was great! I've always enjoyed this book and the pictures that go with it so it was quite disappointing to not have the pictures. Luckily it was cheap, but I didn't receive what was advertised.
Buyers beware!
